Monthly Rentals in South West England

We had a lovely stay, we were greeted by Jonathan and had a nice chat, on entering the cottage it was warm due to underfloor heating. On arrival there was a delightful cream tea which was a lovely touch from Johnathan and Susannah. The cottage was spacious and spotlessly clean, everything had been thought out for a visitors convenience. There are beautiful views all around and is very private. The walk to the river was beautiful and we spotted some wildlife which is always welcome, nice to know that the farm is organic and that it's well kept and loved throughout the family. Very pretty area and very good local pubs and shops. We were very pleased to find Henry Williamson's resting place in Georgeham's church (Tarka the Otter novel) that was indeed very special. We had a fantastic time & the place is really beautiful. Amazing sea views, a very nice bath, and the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. Great local restaurants. Gordon was very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of good tips for the area. Walked straight down to the gorgeous beach & stunning coastline. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. We will be coming back!

Liz was a wonderful host: we checked ourselves in (there’s a keybox but the key had been left in the door for us) and Liz knocked on the door to say hi! She was so lovely and made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with the space: it is spacious and open, very clean and has everything we needed (including a couple of games to keep us entertained). The bed is really comfy, and it was perfect to go to sleep/wake up to the skylight window above us. Easy vicinity to get to all the sights we wanted to see by car. The instructions were helpful and clear so that we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived and we got exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!

Quality winter stay. Very good communication between us. Laurianne and Alex are really nice.
