Monthly Rentals in Barcelona

I had a great stay here during my solo trip. The place was as described and the staff were incredibly friendly. Big shoutout to German for being awesome, and to Sara - your Spanish lessons were super engaging 💫

I couldn’t have been happier with the apartment granted, I was coming to Barcelona in part to catch up on my exercise so the four flights of stairs were not a problem for me even at 72. The floors are not as tall as some of the buildings in town so the stairs were easier than I anticipated. It’s always appreciated to an apartment is full of supplies and amenities as this one was. Would return without hesitation.

Everything was great. Communication was always pretty swift and friendly. The apartment is nice and cozy, small but functional. Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is good, although the water heater is a bit small (no long showers). WiFi worked perfectly for conference calls and general usage. I would definitely stay at this apartment again! really recommend it.

We spent the month of December at Inaki's place in the Sants neighborhood of Barcelona. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the place. It was clean and we had the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to cook at home. The green sofa was super comfortable. Inaki took the time at check-in to explain the ins-and-outs of the house and was responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The layout of the space is great for a group of friends or family traveling together. There are 4 twin beds. The patio is lovely. It was a bit cold, so we didn't get to enjoy it too much, but I think it would be great place to hang out when it's warm enough. We didn't bring a pet, but the apartment and patio are definitely pet friendly. Sants is a lively, centrally located, great jump-off point for exploring the rest of the city and area. I recommend Inaki's place, if you are looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay in Barcelona.
