“The loft has a very very nice view of the sea with access to the roof. It is also very well located in the city and close to the sea. The loft is not very large so perfect for two people. Diego was a very attentive host. When we got there he offered us a coffee. It also responds very quickly to messages and is there if there is a problem. Thank you for everything!”

“We had an amazing time staying at Guy’s place. The house is just incredible. From the first moment, we fell in love with a breathtaking view from the balcony and the modern and stylish design of the house. Guy is a super host, he explained everything about the island (local bars and restaurants, beaches, clubs, shops, etc.). The location of the house is perfect, walking distance from the old town and from the beach as well. Our trip to Ibiza was wonderful, and we definitely will come back soon and will stay at Guy’s place again!”

“The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and described in Maria Jose's text. We're already looking forward to a return visit, perhaps as early as next year. This is now our favorite Airbnb in the world! A little background about me: I spent much/all of the summer in Ibiza in 2008-2015, and so I know the island; Ibiza Town, and Maria's neighborhood very well. (Indeed, I watched her condo complex under construction, and always wanted to see the interior. I wasn't disappointed.) On this trip in July 2019, I was accompanied by my husband. We are 62 and 65 years old. To underscore a few things Maria and past guests have said: You really can't find a better neighborhood in Ibiza Town. It's close enough to the historic "high town" inside the fortress, with its hundreds of nearby shops, restaurants and nightclubs. But it's far enough away so you have peace and quiet on the stunning balconies with drop-dead views of a bay and Formentera island in the distance. We loved watching sailboats, ferries and yachts cruising out to sea. You don't need a car if you plan to stay in town. But if you do rent one, heed Maria's advice: get the smallest one available, because parking in her condo complex is very tight. For example, we rented a four-door BMW 118i. In the future, I would try to rent something even smaller -- perhaps a two-door Fiat 500. Also, this apartment is best-suited for a couple or exceptionally close friends. On the lower level, it has one bedroom with an enormous bed. And the attached bathroom has an open design; there's no privacy door to the shower or toilet areas. (There is, however, a more conventional second full bathroom on the upper level that's enclosed.) None of this was an issue for the two of us, however.”
