Comfortable Central Apartment with Unique Austin Vibe Perfect for Long-term Stays

Wow! This place is a peaceful oasis in the midst of busy Austin! This refuge that Cynthia and Bobby have created is centrally located to downtown, yet, once you pull in, you feel you are staying in a getaway in the country. We were welcomed with soothing music from Willie Nelson, a spacious living room and open floor plan, and quiet, and very comfortable bedrooms. There was also a friendly outdoor cat who greeted us and brought joy to my daughter. We do hope to visit again when we are back in Austin as this AirBNB was one of the top highlights on our trip!

Sparkling clean and modern home located in a peaceful and beautiful area. There are so many thoughtful touches and features such as available toiletries, baby pack and play, high chair, rollout bed, walls of extra towels and linens, etc. I would have loved to have traveled to a home such as this when my children were younger! Instructions were quickly and clearly sent to us about everything from how to enter the home to how to access the lake and boating privileges. We were in the home enjoying our stay within hours of booking. It is clear the hosts are travelers themselves. Thank you for an easy and relaxing, last-minute stay; Our family has been rejuvenated!

We had a great time In Alyshia's home. The wide open kitchen and living room provided the perfect place for the family to hang out, cook, play games and celebrate Christmas. The front patio was a lovely place to read and relax as well as watch a lightening storm! The walk along Ladybird Lake and the river was easily accessed and enjoyable. We did not walk into Austin but it is an easy walk. Great restaurants and coffee places in walking distance. The front door lock did not work but the backdoor was easy to find and worked perfectly, in fact she generously offered to have someone fix it but we declined as it was not necessary at all. We appreciated all her suggestions and would love to come back!!

The sunrise casita was exactly what we needed. It was easy to feel comfortable in this peaceful place. I absolutely appreciated how dog friendly it is. And a great location..far enough away to see all the stars at night but close enough to grab anything last minute, if needed. I would definitely love to visit again or even have a family event here since there are multiple lodging options. Overall it was a great getaway!

Eve’s airbnb was everything that was advertised and exactly what we were looking for. Eve was a great host! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking have a backyard with space, close to the action but still far enough away to have peace and quiet if wanted.

The house is in a little neighborhood, felt very safe! 15 minute uber ride to pretty much everything. House was exactly like the pictures, and even better in person. Jackie was the best host! We had a couple of minor mishaps, but Jackie was extremely responsive, and really went out of her way to make this an incredible stay! Also I greatly appreciated that everything in the house was labeled, so we never had to search for anything. Also since Jackie has been doing this for so long, she has a build up of extra supplies (cups, plastic wear/paper products). If I am ever back in Austin, I would definitely stay here again!!

Maris’s place is exactly as advertised. Has everything you need including a great full oven and cooktop and quick and quiet washer and dryer. Basics such as cooking oil, salt and pepper provided. Easy parking and walkable to river walk, congress buildings and other downtown attractions.

I really enjoyed staying at Christian’s place. The home is BEAUTIFUL and has a lovely yard. It was clean and in great shape. The bathrooms were beautiful and had really nice robes for us to use. We ran out of coffee and needed a blender and Christian had both sent over the next day. He was very responsive and accommodating. The location is great… close to everything. We could walk for coffee and food. I will say that I live in a very quiet place so I was a bit sensitive to the noise in the neighborhood initially but did get used to it. I definitely recommend Christian’s place… it’s a lovely spot and he’s a fantastic host.

Beautiful home! Loved the heat in the bathroom , the lower level den room was the room to hang out in after long days , beautiful decor in all rooms . Beds were beyond comfortable and outdoor areas were peaceful . Check out was fairly simple and the direction / information sheets were very clear ! Made a busy and exhausting trip much easier with simple check out expectations . Seeing the deer at night and early morning was a bonus ! Would love to live here permanently but since that’s not realistic we will have to return for another vacation again next year !!
