Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Carlsbad State Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. It was well located for our needs and provided us great access for sight seeing. The space was accommodating and welcoming for our group of 6!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Fallbrook area for a wedding. The house was in a private location but still convenient. The kitchen was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the fireplace during the cooler nights. Agnes was an amazing host and made us feel right at home! If we ever find ourselves in the Fallbrook area again we will definitely be staying here again!

The home and grounds were beautiful. The check in and check out process was easy with no issues. The host is easy to get a hold of and answers quickly when contacted . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an 18-month-old and had no issues at the home other than there is no fenced in play area so we would walk him around outside but mostly had to keep him in the house.

This was a great place for our family vacation. Linar was always responsive and was a great host.

Our stay here was perfect for our family of 8. The home had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect to do all of the activities and sightseeing we had planned. Wonderful place, easy check in/check out process. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Convenient to a lot of shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes from Legoland. Would recommend and stay again.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I planned my sister’s bachelorette here and Robert went above and beyond in every way. He let us check in early to decorate, welcomed us warmly, and communicated quickly and kindly the entire time. He even let us ship items ahead so everything was ready when we arrived. The house is stunning, spotless, and perfectly designed for groups, with tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, great lighting for getting ready, and other cool features. He truly has thought of EVERYTHING. He helped us troubleshoot a tech issue so we could play a surprise video for our bride and on our last day, he let us store our bags due to late flights. Every little detail was thoughtful and seamless. Corey was also amazing and so helpful throughout. Checkout was easy, no long chore list. I’ve truly never felt so taken care of by a host. I’ll absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in San Diego. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Crown Point where we were attending a weekend event! Great neighborhood for walking our dog! Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and our stay was exactly what we were looking for!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Jason is a welcoming host and made us feel right at home. The stay was cozy and perfect for what we needed. He was also very accommodating, allowing us to check in early knowing that we would be arriving into the city early. We would definitely recommend and book again!

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

Had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. It was clean and had very nice views.

What can I say - the apartment has it all. It is in a great location with restaurants, bars and great cafes all walking distance, and the beach is just the most gorgeous stroll down to the best southern California has to offer. We had the best Spring Break with our 8-year-old son taking full advantage of the bikes, boogie boards, surf boards and wetsuits - all complimentary thanks to Pete and Cathy. And the kitchen, outside grill, and terrace made for some memorable meals and moments. We WILL be coming back to stay for sure. Better than any hotel! Paul

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

It was perfect for extended family to all be together. The grandkids loved the pool, and the outdoor and indoor kitchens accommodated our large gathering well.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful healing home! The location is so peaceful and the views are spectacular. Sitting outside is just so serene, and the smell outside was just divine! We did not feel like we had to leave to do any other activities; the sauna, hot tub, pool, and fire pit were amazing. So many places indoors and outdoors to hang out and enjoy. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. All was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The home is so well stocked with everything you may need; kitchen supplies, toiletries, ample towels, board games, yoga equipment etc. They even provided shower steamer tablets to make us feel like we were in a spa! I would definitely come back here. Thank you for an awesome trip!

We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful, and Gabe and Elena were attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We especially enjoyed the backyard!

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.
