We had a great stay! It really felt so comfy and had more than enough space for me and my family. It was also in a peaceful neighborhood so we enjoyed sitting on the porch surrounded by the beautiful garden. There was also enough parking space for all of cars so that was a plus. Would recommend and stay here again! (:

This place is fantastic! It is very convenient to go to DTLA and we enjoy the food nearby. James is a really good host. Definitely will be back if we visit LA again!

We absolutely loved spending a week at our home away from home, we were sad to leave! The house was super cute, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was actually even nicer than it looked in the pictures! The outdoor areas were perfect for our dog, who had a great time sunbathing in various locations. We only used the larger bedroom and it was very comfy & quiet with excellent blackout shades. Great walking proximity to the beach (especially the dog beach), restaurants and a supermarket. Was also convenient to have the garage. Shawn is a great host, very proactive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend Shawn’s great house!

This is our second stay with Bill and we hope to stay again in the future. It's a great little spot with so much stuff to do within walking distance. Very clean, well stocked and a great space for us, 4 people one dog. Our dog loves the place as much as we do. Nice doggy door and patio area. Close to a dog beach and a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in. Highly recommended this place and Bill is a wonderful host.

This is a wonderful home - modern and comfortable - and the large backyard is welcoming and peaceful. Craig was an excellent communicator and did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. Highly recommend!

Ann's place was perfect for our family when we visited for my daughter's graduation. The home was clean and comfortable and we were glad to have a welcoming place to unwind.

Stayed with 3 people and a small dog for 6 nights. Clara and David’s place was perfect. Stocked with everything we needed for our stay. David was very friendly, accommodating, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. The location is ideal and the place is like a little oasis tucked away in the city. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely would stay here again.

We spent a week at this house. It was the perfect resting place after moving out of our home while in transition to our new house.The house is tucked into a peaceful cul de sac, it was very quiet during our stay. The house is clean and cozy.We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and entertaining guests with a wide arrange of games on the patio. The location is close to the freeways so its easy to get to all our destinations. I definitely would recommend this listing and visit again.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The home was clean, peaceful and comfortable getaway. cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt completely safe, which made our time there even more relaxing. Nathan was incredibly friendly and welcoming — it was a pleasure meeting him. He made sure we felt at home and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back in the future. Sara was incredible!! She was able to accommodate us for a week super last-minute (same day booking). Additionally, she made us feel extremely welcomed as she left a personal welcome note and even surprised me with flowers and a cupcake for my birthday!! I was away from my family so that made me feel extra welcomed! The neighborhood is beautiful and super close to shopping and restaurants! Sara was very responsive and was more than happy to give us great recommendations for things to do around the area. The space is super comfortable, clean and quiet! And the pool was just the cherry on top!! My favorite part was meeting her and her adorable puppy at the end of our stay! I cannot recommend her place enough. We will be back for sure!

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay at Alison's. It is a peaceful safe quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shops. She has taken a lot of care in decorating and making it feel like a home with nice touches. Full kitchen so you can cook and enjoy eating outside. Lots of places to relax around the pool. Parking on the property is a big plus but there is also lots of street parking. Alison was very quick to respond and I would highly recommend this property.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

Staying at Justin's place we truly felt like home away from home (before we could move into our new home.) The space was clean, airy, and so easy for our senior dog to get around. Right next to Orizaba Park - we took nightly walks with our dog. The place was quiet and you could easily get a good night's sleep. Loved having laundry right in the unit! Parking is street parking and simple to find but we also elected to pay an extra small fee for driveway parking. You are 10 minutes tops away from anything you could need and the fun parts of Long Beach like Retro Row, Bluff Heights. Throughout our stay Justin was communicative, responsive and kind. We truly appreciated our stay!

My stay with Holly was flawless.She was hospitable, adept, and actually malleable at meeting my needs. The place waz perfectly swt up with many cozy, just so touches. Holly anticipated my every need and yet, was so private, and respectful. An amazing secret respite in the middle of LA!!!!!

Just like the pictures, clean and comfortable. In a great location where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, even the grocery store. The hosts were extremely communicative and flexible. Highly recommend!

Julia was an above and beyond host, making us feel welcome at all times. The place was wonderful: well-prepared kitchen, great natural lighting, comfortable beds, ample and comfortable. ACs on every room were a big plus during the SoCal heat! Plus a cute small patio in the back. We felt right at home and would love to be back. Location is also unparalleled--Altadena is truly beautiful

Greta's Place was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It was only a block from the beach and a 5 minute walk to East 2nd street which had a ton of shops and restaurants. Parking was the only issue but it was clearly indicated in the listing and we never had to walk more than 2 blocks so honestly it wasn't bad at all. Host is also pretty responsive which is nice if you ever need anything during your stay. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Long Beach!

Cute bungalow. Very organized, and clean. I loved that everything was labeled and the place had many stocked essential items, that we appreciated having. Great hosts! Thank you
