Wonderful hosts! Helpful instructions for getting to the caravan, which was spotless and comfortable for our 4 days on Skye. We would recommend this place to anyone in the area - loved the little guestbook we could add a message to.

Caroline was a lovely host. The accommodation was perfect for our stay on Skye as it is located at the main route to Portree and surroundings! One thing you should pay attention to though is the heating. We tried to pre heat for the day but unfortunately it didn’t. Can get a bit cold now here in autumn. All in all a lovely accommodation and a wonderful host. Can totally recommend.

We were looking for a convenient home base for several half-day hiking tours in the Glen Coe area and we found so much more in the Hill View Pod! It was so cosy, clean, private and had all features we wished for. Most notably, Michelle is a superb host, very welcoming, warm and forthcoming. She also prepared quite a few recommendations for activities which you can read about in the pod. The location is optimal. Not only is it just a few miles away from many exciting hiking tours, but also the town of Ballachulish is worth exploring. The quarry, Ballachulish Peninsula and the Brecklet path through the forest have provided us surprisingly beautiful short walks. For grocery shopping, a Co-op is nearby. 10/10 do recommend! Simply perfect! Thank you Michelle for an amazing stay!

really lovely bunkhouse with great communal area with all you need for cooking - induction hob, oven, microwave. Good location we were on foot and it's about half an hour from the car and passenger ferry (further to just the passenger ferry). It's close to the post office shop with groceries and to the cafe. We were able to hire bikes to get around the island.

Our two-night stay at this Airbnb in Isle of Skye was fantastic! The place was quiet, clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind. Its location was perfect for exploring spots like Quiraing and the Old Man of Storr. The host was friendly and offered great local tips. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient stay!

Great comfortable van in a good location to all the highlights of the islands (especially the northern ones). Unfortunately we were unlucky to experience one of the first major storms of the autumn. Luckily, the van is equipped with a large and good selection of films, which got us through the storm (we always wanted to watch all three Lord of the Rings in the extended version in one go). We'll be back again!

Our dream host! Sandy was such an amazing host to us, she was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs and requests, without being overbearing in the slightest. Awesome human being! The accommodation itself is immaculate in every way - the amount of time we went ‘oh, we should do that at home’ :)) The stunning view, the private patio with a fire place, the spotlessly clean bathroom and kitchen, the stylish and tasteful decoration, it all made our stay that much better and complemented the gorgeous nature of Isle of Skye. And then you get the little treat that is Nell, the beautiful and very cuddly doggess of the house. Would love to come back, if possible!!! Huge thanks for the awesome stay! I&D

It was great to stay at Paul's cottage. Great location with a direct view of Ben Nevis. The house was comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed our stay. Paul was great at giving us tips on what to do and helped plan our Ben Nevis summit hike.

Perfect place to stay in Ullapool! The Hide is in a great area, close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Every detail has been taken care of (coffee, milk, snacks) and the space is excellent decorated and stocked for comfort. Everything was spotless. Lynne gave us recommendations and also answered quickly for whatever we needed to know. We loved it and would love to return!

Amazing location! Fantastic place to stay right by Ben Nevis.

The perfect place to stay in Fort William! Ollie and Sarah were super friendly and responsive - stellar hosts. The room was actually bigger and even nicer than it looked in the pictures. They left thoughtful recommendations and amenities, and the space was extremely comfortable. Great communication. 10-15 minute walk from the Fort William high street and all the shops and restaurants it had to offer. Close to all the major scenes, sites, and hiking of the Fort William/Ben Nevis and Glencoe areas. We had a rental car and everything we wanted to see was well within an hour's drive. Could not have been more pleased with our stay. Highly recommend!

A great central location for exploring the Highlands. We visited Skye, Fort Augustus, Inverness and of course Loch Ness. Also good hiking right across the street. A clean, safe and picturesque base for day trippers with friendly and responsive hosts.

Felt straight at home on arriving ( from the friendly greeting to the heatpump / solar panels and ban the bomb) , were shown around and explained how and what to use , were given the choice of room as they had no other bookings. Very friendly couple and there was more available to use than I’d expected. Lots of books, which I unfortunately hadn’t the chance to read bar a few pages of some . The place is cosy and eco friendly, although I was glad of having had brought slippers with as the place is well insulated and once the sun shines warms up enough for the heating not to come on, which means the stone floors are quite cold then, albeit the room still feels warm. Shower had a very good pressure, which felt more like a power shower - fabulous are a few hours walking in nature. Lismore is very quiet this time of year, making it easy to walk on the narrow roads, although best to bring enough with esp when there just fir a weekend, as the local shop is closed on a Sunday , which we knew.

Was a surprise for valentines for my girlfriend, she absolutely loved it here and found the mountains the best part, was so peaceful and relaxing. unbelievable breathtaking views, the cottage was such a lovely clean and cozy little place, it was perect. A very different setting for us city people would be a dream to move here one day!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Thomas's charming cottage by the river, and it was an experience I won't forget. From the moment I arrived, Thomas and Paula were incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The cottage itself is a delightful retreat, with the river just outside the door, creating a serene atmosphere that truly enhances the experience. Listening to the gentle sound of the flowing river at night was remarkably soothing and made for a perfect night's sleep. I highly recommend booking a stay at this must-visit cottage. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a cozy spot to unwind, this is the perfect place!

We visited Marylin in Jun 2021 and we loved it so much we decided to visit her again! It's not an apartment but a house at your disposal! Same cosy, warm welcome and lovely to see Marilyn again!
