Vacation rentals with a patio in Skye

Me and my parents booked this place for a night on the way to isle of skye and had the most amazing experience. The airbnb itself was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. And then the grounds around it were even nicer. I was initially drawn in by the pool but we ended up spending the whole night in the billiard room that’s in the old refractory. The staff at the club is super nice and gives you a tour explaining all the history of the place while showing you to the room. Fort Augustus is also a really cute town to explore. overall the best place I’ve stayed so far in Scotland!!

The place was perfect for our stop in Skye. Cozy apartment. Very clean. Easy to get to and nice parking spot. Beautiful view from the window. Had a lovely stay.

The apartment was lovely new, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. It was in a perfect location for anyone who doesn’t want to stay in Portree but still close enough to visit. We didn’t meet Sue, but her daughter was available via phone for any issue or question. My only suggestion: I would have appreciated it if the kitchen was stocked with quality coffee and various tea flavors. It’s hard to start the morning without a good cup of coffee.

Loved our time here. Exactly as described. Beautiful accommodation with a lovely view. Hot-tub was a nice touch at the end of a day exploring the local area. We had dinner in the restaurant in the attached hotel. Food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting. We would stay here again. 🌸

Turas beag is a great place to stay when visiting Tiree. It virtually is in the Middle so everything on the island Is maximize 15 Drive away. The house is clean and comfy, good wifi and a smart TV with a great signal (not that you will need this as you will be at one of the many beaches). The area is so quite, all you can hear is songbirds and geese, and there are great sea views all around. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay at the Apartment, it is a perfect point to start a Roadtrip around skye from! The apartment is quite comfy and had everything we needed and Jurriaan was a really nice host!

We had a wonderful stay at 'The Bay'. The views were absolutely breathtaking – we spent so much time just gazing out the window. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owners went above and beyond, leaving us a lovely welcome hamper filled with thoughtful treats. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and we felt very well taken care of. The apartment was also well equipped with a great assortment of everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat.

As we visited Scotland for our first time this was just the perfect and most lovely prepared flat to stay and to discover the breathtaking western highlands. It only took seconds to feel like home because of the sweet decoration and lovely details that welcomed us. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay in fort William which was just perfect to go by car to the surrounding spots like Glen Coe, Glenfinnan or a hike like no other to the top of Ben Nevis. Thank you so much to Isobel for making our days in Scotland even better. I’d definitely recommend and would return hear for more beautiful days enjoying the most beautiful nature of Scotland.

A lovely cottage with beautiful views across the loch. The cottage had a lovely garden and decking, the kitchen was well catered and the beds were comfy. The folder provided had very clear and concise instructions and we felt able to use the cottage easily, including the central heating system (which isn’t always the case in different properties). Hosts were quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend and would look at their portfolio of properties in the future.

Joan was super responsive. Although her instructions were limited to 2 pages, she answered any question I had within minutes. The area is lovely and she recommended The Brewery, which is a great restaurant with a wide selection of beers brewed on the premises. She also recommended a local weaver, which was a highlight of our stay. The house had what we needed. The heating boost was easy to use.

Alison was a wonderful host for her place from giving us excellent directions (we came in after dark and still found it easily) to checking us in personally. We communicated with her that we had left later than planned and would be getting there late so we certainly didn't expect a personal check-in, but it was much appreciated. The place itself is a charming croft and a small distance from Spean Bridge into the countryside. The views are gorgeous and the interior is welcoming and well equipped. For us it was a central location for exploring - .5 hour to Fort William, 1.5 hrs to Glen Creran, and slighly less than 2 hrs to Kyle of Lochalsh and the Skybridge to the Isle of Skye, etc. We would hike all day and come home late to make a last meal and sleep. Having a washer and dryer in a mud room area was fabulous with mud on our hikes. We would definitely stay here again both for the scenery and the hospitality.

Had a great stay in Drum at Danielle's. Lovely house very homely and cosy feel. Great location for exploring local area by either by foot or car. Great pub and restaurant just a short walk from the house. Most defiently recommend and stay again if we passed this way again.

Just WOW! The house was perfect. Anna was lovely. The area was stunning. We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. The house had everything we needed and more, including a decorated tree waiting for us when we arrived. The free wood to keep stove going was much appreciated! The walks directly from the house were beautiful, waterfalls and enchanting forests. The drive to various other exciting places was easy. Dingwall for SPL football, Loch Ness, Isle of Skye and Glen Coe to name a few! A must is visiting Emily’s Byre at Rokeby Manor for food…. Utterly delicious. We’ll be back for sure! Excellent base of operations for a trip on Skye, Carolines home is cozy and welcoming and everything is accessible and easy to use. Very well located in Portree and she herself is a very proactive and excellent host! Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay in Alice's house. it was warm and cosy and having a store of logs for us to use was really welcoming. A perfect location for Glencoe ski centre and for exploring the area. We had a great time.

Warm,friendly hosts with a lovely welcome pack provided to introduce us to our stay. Always at hand if required and knowledgable about the local area. We have no hesitation in recommending staying at Marcus and Anna's delightful studio. The Village store and eating amenities are closeby, within easy walking distance and set amongst stunning scenery.

Brillliant communication from Sam, along with a great welcome on a dark wet and windy night - having the heating on was a bonus! Super start to our NC500 trip!

Was unable to stay at this place as the road onto Skye was closed and we did not have the time to drive back to Inverness and re-try on the only other route. However, Rachel was fantastic to deal with and I would recommend her place when visiting Skye.

We very much enjoyed our holiday in Sheena‘s cottage. It was perfectly equipped for our stay and the view is absolutely spectacular. We hope to return!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was extremely clean yet the apartment was welcoming and the view of Loch Fada was amazing! We got to see sunsets and sunrises above Loch Fada and with the clear weather, we got a view of the Old Man of Storr from the parking area. The bathtub was so nice after a long day of hiking! Having an efficient washer and dryer was a huge plus too. The fridge was stocked and the tea area was stocked well. We would definitely stay here again and we would have loved to have stayed longer.

Absolutely breathtaking surroundings! We woke up to a stunning view of Ben Nevis with a dusting of snow, and wandered down the beach to look out over Loch Linnhe framed by low hanging clouds, mist coming down the valleys, and early morning sun steaming the shallows. Our amenities were perfect, and we even managed to roast a chicken to go along with our bubbly to celebrate Hogmanay 🥳 Peggy was a very welcoming host, had ventured out into the storm on the evening of our arrival to take pictures to help us find our home for the night - thank you!

This was the most cozy stay. Perfect clean and near Loch Ness. It was quiet and serene. Highly recommend!

The highlands of Scotland have been on our bucket list for many years and initially we intended to stay in a hotel but I'm so glad that we found and booked The Week Neuk instead. Rosie was a wonderful host, very warm and welcoming on our arrival and couldn't be more helpful when it came to recommendations and general information about the area. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, warm and cozy, with everything you need for your stay (including a few welcome extras in the kitchen/fridge), and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is outstanding, with amazing views up the Nevis Range from the accommodation, and was an excellent base for exploring the Highlands and around the Fort William area itself, where there were wonderful walks and drives. We really hope to return to this area of Scotland at some point and to The Wee Neuk. Thanks so much for everything Rosie :)
