There is a kitchenette with fridge freezer, hotplate,microwave, toaster and kettle (no oven) in the accommodation. T.V only has Net-flix and DVDs, wi-fi is good.

Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

Suite 2 is equipped with a kitchen, en-suite shower facilities, a large spacious bedroom with king-size bed and seating area. There are beautiful views over the river. This suite has its own private entrance and parking. This is an adults only space. (Self catering -no meals are provided)
