Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Shelby County

This place was very nice! It met all my expectations and then some. It had everything you needed from puzzles to cookbooks. The decor was very nice it was clean and smelled good. Shopping was conveniently located from Walmart to the Outlet. The spacing was great for all the guest from the very comfortable patio with a firepit to the Livingroom with a very comfortable sofa to the dining area with plenty of seating. If you were cooking, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and enough space for conversations while cooking. Overall it was a great House :-)

This is a jaw dropping, breath taking, absolutely stunning property!!! Pristine clean, beautiful surroundings, incredibly spacious, lacking nothing! I was deeply moved by Madge’s kindness and generosity when she offered to give us a ride in her four wheel drive vehicle due to inclement weather. She was intentional in communicating with me and making sure everything went smoothly. I don’t have the words to express how comfortable, enjoyable, and pleasant our stay was! What a lovely experience!!! Thank you so much Madge!!!

This house was great for our big family get-together. It had all the space we needed for 16 people (8 adults and 8 kids) and had plenty of activities to keep us busy! We enjoyed nights by the fire, time in the hot tub, games, and conversation. It was just a great all-around meeting place for all of us that live around the country. The house is also located on a country road that we enjoyed walking on. It was close to both Lexington and Louisville, which was super convenient for going out and doing stuff! Also close to shops and groceries. Super clean and great hosts!!!

This place was a little bit of heaven and it was extremely clean and just as discribed in the listing. And the backyard was amazing. It is perfect for couples or families with plenty of room. My husband and I really had a peaceful stay and we really got to relax after having very busy lives. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Host was super great and responsive which was super nice. House was full of any amenities you could need including spices and cooking tools which we appreciated a lot. Overall stay was very positive and we would definitely come back another time!

We’d for sure stay here again! The location was fantastic for an overnight getaway. It’s within walking distance to many great restaurants. The unit itself was phenomenal too. It was incredibly clean. I loved the decor, vaulted ceilings, and exposed brick. The beds were very comfortable. This place was a 10/10!

We had a WONDERFUL stay, the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Bruce was very responsive from the beginning of my booking through our complete stay. He went above and beyond with little details to make the stay so personal. We loved the muffins 😊 I highly recommend staying here while in the area. My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Libor’s place. We were in town for a weekend wedding, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, coffee shops, and some really cute thrift and regular stores. The house itself was super cute and spacious. The only thing we really missed was a full-length mirror, especially since we had to get dressed up often. It would’ve been very helpful to have one. Overall we recommend Libor’s place!

We stayed at Michael’s for the derby, it was a great location. He recommended places to go we went to bourbon Bristo and eggs over Frankfort which were fantastic. It was nice to be on 1st floor and close to parking. Place was clean and the electric fireplace was calming. There were places close by to shop. The place is pet friendly but we didn’t bring ours. Place looks exactly as the photos. Apartment complex offers amenities to use. There is a park at walking distance with a great view. Definitely I will go back and recommend host! Thanks for offering a wonderful place that feels like home away from home.

House was as described. Great space, furnished well. Location was great. Restaurants close and about 7 min from convention center. Host was very responsive. We would definitely book this house again!

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of.
