Great home and peaceful

This place was very nice! It met all my expectations and then some. It had everything you needed from puzzles to cookbooks. The decor was very nice it was clean and smelled good. Shopping was conveniently located from Walmart to the Outlet. The spacing was great for all the guest from the very comfortable patio with a firepit to the Livingroom with a very comfortable sofa to the dining area with plenty of seating. If you were cooking, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and enough space for conversations while cooking. Overall it was a great House :-)

The hosts were very easy to get in touch with, their place is beautiful, and we would highly recommend staying here!

This house was great for our big family get-together. It had all the space we needed for 16 people (8 adults and 8 kids) and had plenty of activities to keep us busy! We enjoyed nights by the fire, time in the hot tub, games, and conversation. It was just a great all-around meeting place for all of us that live around the country. The house is also located on a country road that we enjoyed walking on. It was close to both Lexington and Louisville, which was super convenient for going out and doing stuff! Also close to shops and groceries. Super clean and great hosts!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Host was super great and responsive which was super nice. House was full of any amenities you could need including spices and cooking tools which we appreciated a lot. Overall stay was very positive and we would definitely come back another time!

Our stay was fantastic. We selected this location due to our daughter getting married at Duncan Memorial Chapel that was just across the street and was also in close proximity to the reception venue, Shall We Dance. There was plenty of space (bedrooms and baths) for our family and the bridal attendants to stay. The kitchen was absolutely perfect for preparing and serving meals as well as prepping floral arrangements for the wedding and reception. The home provided many areas for people to sit and converse both inside and outside as there are wonderful porches and decks around the home. Scott was a great host and quickly responded to any questions we had prior to our arrival. This was a perfect place to stay as it provided a calming and serene haven from the sometimes frenzied activities that occur during the run-up to a wedding. We're glad we selected this property for our stay.

Amazing apartment! This place was perfect for our weekend stay! Beautiful inside and outside with a great pool, hot tub, golf simulator, and hammocks. It was also perfect for walking to 4th street live!

Had everything we needed and some things we forgot we needed. Wonderful space, very comfortable. The space was very quiet, parking was free and was located near the entrance. A perfect location to tour some historic distilleries. Looking for a reason to stay there again.

My family and I stopped here for a night in Frankfort during our bourbon trail trip and we were all so enamored by this house. Not only is it in the perfect spot to walk the town and go to restaurants and bars, but it is the cutest place you have ever seen. It is decorated so nicely, and between the charming inside and picturesque front porch, you’ll have a place to lounge with beautiful scenery. The hosts are also so gracious, from the beginning to the end they made sure we had what we needed and made it a 5 star experience. Everything was thought of and check out was easy and smooth. We loved this house so much we are already looking at the next trip so we can book it again!

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Libor’s place. We were in town for a weekend wedding, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, coffee shops, and some really cute thrift and regular stores. The house itself was super cute and spacious. The only thing we really missed was a full-length mirror, especially since we had to get dressed up often. It would’ve been very helpful to have one. Overall we recommend Libor’s place!

We had a great stay. The apartment was nicely furnished, mattresses were very comfortable, and Michael was great. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood a short walk to a handful of nice bars and restaurants. I will definitely see if i can stay here again on my next visit to Louisville.

Place looks exactly as the photos. Apartment complex offers amenities to use. There is a park at walking distance with a great view. Definitely I will go back and recommend host! Thanks for offering a wonderful place that feels like home away from home.

This is an awesome Airbnb! The Nulu area is amazing where this Airbnb is located at. A lot to do within walking distance. I recommend this Airbnb! The host was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I extended my stay by a few days because I was enjoying Louisville so much. I can’t wait to visit Louisville again and stay in this awesome Airbnb again. 💯💯💯

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of. From movie nights in the comfy living room to making meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, every moment felt special. The kids had room to play, and we loved enjoying quiet mornings on the porch with coffee and birdsong. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
