Eric’s play was unique in the way of the hot tub being on the rooftop. The surrounding Mountain View’s was exquisite! My son and I loved that. We found it to be one of the most comfortable beds we’ve rested in, ever! Blackout shades throughout the into! Quiet and adorable newer housing development with neat architectural design. Quiet, well stocked kitchen, also did have some books & games to play. Parking was self explanatory and the water pressure in the shower was nice and firm. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided as well as extra towels and spa towels. You must try a slice of pizza from the downtown played named Slyced! What a fun place to visit and walking there is easy and we felt safe.

Very large accommodations with large kitchen and table for eight. Exactly what we were looking for to host family and grandparents to celebrate a new CSU grad.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

Amazing house to rent to visit your kids at CSU. Walk to the stadium. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Will absolutely rent again!!

This location is amazing, close drive to Estes and right on the Big Thompson. Sitting by the fire and listening to the river while watching the stars was pretty great. We were blessed to see an abundance of wildlife as well, bald eagles, foxes, wild turkeys, and big horn sheep. If you enjoy grilling or bbqing there is a grill, pellet stove, smoker, and wood fired pizza oven! Overall a very good stay, the beds could definitely use an update, but overall we enjoyed our stay. What a cute place! In a great location! Check in was easy enough and the place was spotless. I happened to be craving something sweet and found an amazing ice cream parlor around the corner! Best ice cream I’ve ever had! If I’m ever back in town I’ll definitely be back.

The reviews are accurate-our stay was so enhanced by the special warmth of the hosts in sharing this unique and comfortable space. Kitchen has every convenience-espresso in the am and perfectly large for holiday cooking! Would come back whenever visiting FoCo!

I came to hang out with my CSU student on spring break. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Stacy was very responsive and handled our one small issue quickly and at our convenience.

Perfect for anything CSU-related (Dropoff, Parents Weekend, Student Welfare Check, Grad, etc.). Only 2 blocks north of campus and thus not far from Old Town. Very homey and spacious. Recommended!

Perfect! Excellent location in Fort Collins. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown. Loved our accommodations! Shower pressure was terrific and beds were super comfortable. Backyard is a pretty bonus.Very easy to find and easy departure. Would love to stay again!

This was, by far, one of our favorite stays. The home is beautiful, with a rustic charm to it. The beds are super comfortable, the vinyl collection was fun to look through and listen to, and while we didn’t use the outdoor patio, it was fun too! (Little too chilly when we were there for patio sitting). Anthony was extremely flexible with our stay (I booked the wrong dates). Check in was super easy. Anthony is proactive in communication and has fast response times. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We loved our stay at Cheryl's place. We needed a place that would allow dogs, that was close to CSU and this was perfect. We were in town for CSU's graduation and so were quite busy going back and forth to the campus. The house was well stocked and clean. It had a large fenced in backyard and our dog LOVED walking around the neighborhood. Cheryl was flexible when our dates and times changed and I appreciated her kindness.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We used this as a "home base" for exploring RMNP and surrounding area. Perfect to accommodate family of 5 with three adult children for a quick Mother's Day trip.

So much fun to be right in the heart of Old Town! Everything was easily walkable, including delicious coffee right downstairs. The apartment is spacious and inviting, with comfortable beds and a very nice shower. We will be back!

private, clean, safe and perfectly-located place to stay. We had a great time walking all around Old Town Ft. Collins and then a relaxing, quiet retreat back to Fred's Place. Highly recommend!!

Ray and Darlene were excellent hosts during my extended stay at their home. They were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The home was beautiful with plenty of quirks that come from a home that's over a century old. That said, it was a comfortable stay and obvious effort was made to make it feel like a home. The area was fantastic with a majority of the best things that Longmont has to offer a short walk away. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is visiting the area.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from CSU. While it was about 15 min from campus that wasn’t a big issue for us. Worked perfectly for what we needed. Zhibo was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The place was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood with nice walking trail close by.

Everything was great! Cute spot, cute area. Had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Hosts are responsive and friendly.

Kelly‘s home is amazing. Extremely clean, tasteful decorated, everything you need. Air conditioning, black out blinds, welcome orange juice, granola, and yogurt in the fridge. We felt like home. Easy and prompt communication. We will be back. Thank you!!!

Noise abatement warnings were a little much but overall matched our expectations and enjoyed our stay. Diana was very responsive and appreciate the late check out after my son’s college graduation.

Great for a quick stay for one to two people. Great location. Great for the “on the go” stay.

It was an amazing place and Aleta was so communicative. We'll be back next year!
