Waterfront vacation rentals in Seguin

We will return to this colorful, happy place! Great balcony and pool. This is totally walkable to some outstanding restaurants and bars. The beds were outstanding and one of the coolest bathrooms ever! The chocolates were a great after dinner snack. Love it!

Very responsive and I loved that there wasn’t a ton of rules like some bnb’s have. Perfect for kids although next time I will stay somewhere with a pool. We did enjoy the pickleball court and provided paddles. Also enjoyed the private river access! Overall great stay.

Brandy was by far the most accommodating host we have had on Airbnb. We were welcomed with a basket of candies and Dunkin coffee. not anything extravagant, but a very nice gesture that set the mood of our visit in a positive way. anything you need is there from seasonings, appliances, dishes, pans, utensils, extra towels, tubes for the river. everything you'd and many you won't need, but someone staying in the future will. Any communication with Brandy was given an immediate response. We love The Water Wheel resort, but Brandy's hospitality brought this trip to a new level. Thanks Brandy

Gina's place is fantastic. Spacious for 2 people. Excellent location on the riverwalk. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hung-Jen's place! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Riverwalk and close to several great restaurants. Hung-Jen was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the process simple.

We had a great time staying at this wonderful apartment in San Antonio. The bed was so comfortable! There is so much to do in just walking distance of the apartment! We will definitely be coming back. Lina was very nice and gave us detailed instructions on how to get there.

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament for our boyfriends, had such a good time and Shelton's place was perfect! We spent most of the time at the soccer fields, but Shelton's place is a 10 minute walk from the downtown area where there's a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Shelton was so responsive, he answered all of my messages within 5 minutes, and was so accommodating when we asked for a later check out time so the boys could shower before we drove the 3-hour drive home. Highly highly recommend !!!!

Wonderful stay and friendly host! Sabrina's place was super clean and spacious for our family. Can't wait to come back again. You can float right from the property and it's only about a 5 min walk after you end your float at the last tuber exit, back to the condo. So much wildlife along the river and property.

Beautiful home, extremely clean and hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to a few questions during our stay. They were also very nice and accommodating with a couple of late requests for check in/check out times. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house and property were beautiful, had everything we needed.

We didn’t want to leave! Wonderful home situated on a great stretch of riverfront with a phenomenal yard and activities galore! Make sure you bring some charcoal and lighter fluid to grill out and truly soak in the tranquility. We found the home to be very comfortable, and our mattress was heavenly. Great host who prepares you with all the need-to-know details in advance.

Four college friends attending 50th Reunion at TLU; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the house was comfortable and clean; only 5-10 minutes from town. Great location.

The place was extremely clean and the location was great. We used the patio area , the bbq pit, the jacuzzi and we also watched movies at night and the internet was working great. We had an amazing time and we had everything we needed we even got an extra day and we didn’t have any issues Melinda was a great helper and she answered very quick. We will definitely wish to go again any time soon :)

An overall great stay. The property was perfect for our purpose. The photos on the listing didn't match up with the descriptions of each picture, so it was hard to visualize the floorplan accurately, but it ended up being the ideal format for the people we had attending. Adding a floorplan to the listing showing beds would be helpful. We loved: pickleball court, pool, bbq grill, and other outside amenities. con: no puddle jumpers or life jackets could be found We loved:indoor space, pool table, long dinner table, spacious kitchen, spread out living areas, SO many spacious beds! cons:bedroom pillows were massive/tall and hurt necks, washer and dryer didn't seem to work correctly, but we were able to get the job done. The host was incredibly quick and responsive to questions I sent before we arrived, and very helpful. He went out of his way. We would definitely come again!

Ryan and Laura were very responsive to any questions we had. Additionally, the house was very spacious and clean and the backyard was beautiful. This is a great spot to bring friends/family!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lyle’s condo. Our family had plenty of space, a pool and river to enjoy, and lots of in-unit tools. My family noted many times how helpful it was the way Lyle kept the places stocked with all sorts of kitchen tools - it made making food here a breeze. Lyle was super helpful and communicative - would stay here again.

Great place to stay while visiting Gruene. Everything was steps away. Condo was exceptional clean and had all the furnishings needed. We will be back again to stay at this awesome place.

This was a great place to stay in New Braunfels! Right along the river and walking distance to tube entrances. Also walking distance to town which had many resturants and shops. There was also security 24/7. Would stay here again!

Nice, cute place, easy to access and get around to/from. Carrie was responsive and accommodating to my couple of questions. All good, had a great stay at Carrie's place.
