This house is great for the family and dog. Very spacious. Wonderful pool. Bikes available in the garage. Easy walk to the beach and to general store.

Nice home, nice neighborhood, very comfortable. I really enjoyed the backyard by the pool with the sound of running water--took a couple of naps with that going! First trip to Hilton Head, didn't disappoint. The electric fireplace was a nice touch as well.

This home was absolutely perfect for our 3 generational beach vacation! There was fun and relaxation for everyone! The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The spa pool was a favorite for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for eating in as well a grill on the back patio. Plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. The house was very clean and modern. The bunk beds were ideal for our kid crew. The beach was close ( maybe a 10 minute walk) but the walk to the beach was beautiful. We also appreciated the wagon and beach chairs that were available to use. Abigail was quick to respond and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to come back next year.

The house was beautiful and offered a great lay out for our family. The location was ideal, with the beach only a five minute walk. Danny offered plenty of chairs, wagons and other items to make for a great day at the beach. The central location made traveling to restaurants and attractions easy. Danny was a great host who was very responsive when we reached out. The one issue was the pool upkeep. Palmetto Dunes is a heavily wooded area which impacts the pool. Danny did warn about this in the description so you just need to be prepared to remove debris several times a day to keep the pool clean. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend renting this beautiful home for a great Hilton Head experience.

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

This place was perfect for our family! Very spacious and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The hostess was very friendly and responsive to messages and any needs. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have given more. Thanks again for a great place to make some great family memories!!!

This house is in a fantastic location! 3 minute walk to the beach can't be beat and having the option of the pool in the backyard was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

LOVED the house, the beach was lovely and host were lovely and sweet! definitely would book with them again! their prices were affordable for the quality given!!!

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Place was fantastic. Right in the heart of Palmetto Dunes yet felt warm and Private. Walking distance to pickleball, beach, pools, shops, restaurants…. It was all there waiting for us. The hosts are proactive and available is needed. Highly recommended

Our multi-generational family group had a wonderful stay here. The home had everything we needed, beds were comfy, kitchen and baths were well stocked. The walk to the beach was very easy and the ability to drive and park at other nearby beach entrances was great for a change of pace. Communication between Kristin and partners was excellent. They responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful in offering advice when we had questions about the area. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay. The house design was perfect for us with its 4 separate bedroom suites in addition to a large over the garage 4 bed “dorm” style room. Wonderful warm pool, beach was an easy walk across the street. The only thing missing were beach chairs. We hope we can stay here again!

We absolutely loved the house , it was beautiful,inviting , felt like I was home . We will definitely book again next time we plan a trip. It was a wonderful trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything the house , shopping , restaurants, the beach . I would highly recommend staying in Bluffton . Until next time 😉😉😉

This place was everything Nancy Myers! And if you don’t know what that is, please go Google it. It gave you every good beach vibe that you could think of. The beds were so cozy. Everything was really clean. The owner was so wonderful to us. We’ve never stayed here before, but I promise you that we will always stay here from now on. Everything was so beachy and cozy and wonderful and we loved every second of it. There were four of us. But I think you could sleep like 10 people if we counted it properly. There’s four rooms. And two bathrooms. There’s two super huge couches where at least two people could sleep. One of the twin beds has a trundle where you could sleep someone. There’s three beds that are basically queens or kings. So there’s just so much room the laundry room is awesome. The kitchen is awesome. And then they have a sunroom in front of the house and I mean it gives you every beach vibe that you could have! The house is beautiful. It’s just cozy and sweet.

This home is amazing! The location is great and the owners communicated well! They responded quickly to all questions. I rate this home a 10/10. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this house for our first trip to Hilton Head. Is close to Coligy beach, which has shopping and restaurants near by. The house said it was two blocks from the beach. We felt it was a longer walk than that, so drove instead. The house was a good location, wasn't a too far of a drive to most of the attractions. House has a nice sized hot tub and plenty of gear in the kitchen.

Charming?well appointed home. The location is quiet with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Bluffton is a lovely small town and we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay and Anthony is the best host we have ever had and we have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs. He went so far out of his way to help us when we had a scheduling issue, going so far as to show up and spend his day cleaning just so we could get in earlier. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Our kids and pups were thrilled. The beach is very close. I can't recommend the house or the host enough.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at 12 Oleander on Hilton Head! The home is stunning—newly remodeled with beautiful finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. Even though it’s conveniently close to the main road, you’d never know it—it's incredibly peaceful and private. The backyard was a total highlight! We grilled out, soaked in the hot tub, and relaxed while our pups enjoyed the fully fenced yard (yes, it’s truly pet-friendly!). It’s the perfect outdoor space for unwinding after a day at the beach. Nestled in the charming Folly Field beach area, the house is just a short drive to public beach access or a pleasant 15-minute walk if you’re up for a stroll. If you're a smaller family looking for a cozy, stylish, and affordable getaway, look no further. 12 Oleander is a hidden gem—book it now, you won’t regret it. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!
