This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

Absolutely loved the place!!! Just a great place to relax and unwind. If you are cruising from Port Canaveral, I highly recommend this place!

Great little restaurants and bars also walking distance so an Uber and irresponsible driving was unnecessary. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Timothy for everything.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach cottage! The two-bedroom setup was perfect for my husband, our two dogs, and me—plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The location was amazing with so many restaurants, shops, and places to explore nearby, and the beach was just a short walk away. It made everything super convenient. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

We had a wonderful family vacation! 4 adults and 2 children. The hose was amazing and had everything we needed plus some. We cooked at home every day and did not find the kitchen lacking in any way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and peaceful We would definitely recommend this house!

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament at Space Coast, and it was perfect—only about a 20-minute drive from the fields. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the boys especially loved having the pickleball court to burn off extra energy. The game room was so fun for the kids! The house was spacious and comfortably fit all 12 of us, which can be hard to find! Also, there are plenty of towels for everyone. Morgan was great to communicate with and super helpful throughout our stay, even sending friendly reminders about trash day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again in the future!

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

The condo is everything promised and more. This condo is the best by far of other condos that I have stayed at in this same complex. The owner is very responsive to any requests. The weather was a bit chilly for the first few weeks and the condo was warm and comfortable in the cold and cool in the heat. The hide a bed was very comfortable and easy to access. There is plenty of closet space. The entertainment center was very nice as was the electric fireplace that could provide heat or just ambiance. Everything that I needed was definitely within walking distance including the beach. I would not hesitate to book a stay again. Excellent feel like home condo.

Clean, quiet and well-stocked condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are dated, but everything works, and we were able to cook several meals there. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony.

Previous commenters have done a through job commending the decor and proximity to the beach so I’ll focus on the helpful abundance on supplies in laundry detergent, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, even spices and condiments in the kitchen! Be prepared for a wide selection of wine glasses and most impressive coffee bar! These things are nice and helpful as we’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where they only provided one days worth of supplies. Who wants to stock up on household supplies on vacation?!? Not me! There is a Publix nearby for food and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

This place is AMAZING!!!! It's more of a secluded area of the beach. We saw many sea turtles swimming and then saw 3 of them nesting! Be careful of the noseeums!! We got eating up.

This was the best vacation spot we have ever experienced. It felt like paradise. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time, sea turtles in our view all day every day. Quiet, private, beautiful view, perfect weather. We spent a lot of time reading and enjoying the view under the cabana. The apartment is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The reading nook was our favorite. Carmen and Shalom were the best hosts, very responsive and super nice! Can't recommend enough, our kids want to come back. We really appreciated that we could bring our very old dachshund with us. I would also like to recommend The Italian cousin restaurant for fine dining, Paradise ice cream and gifts and Oceanside pizza (they have great calamari too). Thank you again!!

We so much enjoyed our stay on the Splashing Pelican. It was peaceful and comfortable - a unique experience on our first visit to this beautiful part of Florida. Not much wildlife to report, but the super athletic fish were amazing and did their best to put on a show for us. And we so enjoyed the sunsets. We also enjoyed kayaking and visits to Vero Beach. Natalie was helpful at all times. Thank you.
