The house is great! we LOVED having a private bathroom in every bedroom. The house was decorated so well for the area and the open floor plan meant the whole family could sit around and talk comfortably. Will definitely book again if we're in the area!

This home on the beachside was lovely w fun beachy themed decor. The location was 5 minutes to Publix and super close to a fantastic park for walking, dog park, and swimming pool. Dereck was a pro active host and access to home was super easy. We would stay here again!

This home is highly recommended! Great location while attending our Annual Community Service Conference, less than 10 minutes away from the Hilton. They thought of everything you could possibly want in your own home, feels really at home! It is perfect! The backyard is huge and well maintained, very calm and relaxing! An abundance of clean linen, comfortable furniture and squeaky-clean kitchen with more than enough appliances and other amenities! If you are a great driver, the busy street will be no problem at all plus the driveway is large enough to do a 3-point turn without getting on the lawn. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We loved it and will reserve again on our next visit!

Very easy to get around. House is well kept and very clean. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. If you’re lucky enough to be in Coco for a launch (the beach is great) but all you have to do is go outside the house and look up, especially at night. Will look to stay here again when back in Coco Beach or Orlando (40 miles away) area.

Our group of 5 (plus a small dog) stayed at the Yellow Beach House for 4 nights, and it was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. the wild peacocks walking around the neighborhood - Such a magical touch! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure was amazing, and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were even beach supplies and pool toys, which made our stay that much easier and more fun. We were in town for Thunder on Cocoa and the location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the beach, gas station, deli, liquor store, and a little market. We also took the host’s recommendation and ate at Grills—so good! We used the pool and grill daily and really made the most of the space. The yard and landscaping were vibrant and well maintained—it all felt super peaceful and private. Highly recommend this place!

Jack & Leslie's place was super cute! Great beach vibe, clean, in a quiet area and there is a community deck on the Banana river for morning coffee or anytime dining.

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

We chose Linda's place to stay at prior to leaving on our cruise vacation. Her place is exactly as described. It was centrally located and a short, nice walk to Cocoa's village. Linda was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful place! I don’t need or want anything that wasn’t already there at my disposal. Short walk to the beach and pier to get something to eat. I brought a beach chair from the stash available and the beach bag and towels provided. It was quiet and clean. I will definitely be Back

Such a cute space and the location can't be beat. It is a five minute walk to the beach, dog park, restaurants and quicky mart with a great park directly across the streer. Genna was so great. Always quick to answer any questions we had. We had zero issues during our stay.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

My wife and I had a different vacation than we expected, but nothing to do with the condo. Unfortunately, there was a very extensive beach restoration project occurring (we heard Cocoa Beach does this every 6 years-lucky us!) that closed the beach directly in front of the condo for most of our stay. We had to walk a few blocks or drive most days. Jeanne was incredibly understanding and supportive, and refunded a significant portion of our rental. She was friendly and responsive to all of our concerns and we would highly recommend the condo; it is beautifully situated on the beach and conveniently close to the small downtown Cocoa Beach area. We plan to return!

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. We have been visiting cocoa beach annually for years, and our usual place was under construction. After staying here, this is our new go-to. The resort was absolutely spotless, and front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was exactly as described, and clean- which is my number one concern wherever we stay. The pool was wonderful and my kids loved spending hours there. The arcade is fun for a change of pace, and private beach access was perfect. We rented beach loungers and umbrellas daily, and it was so nice not to have to lug chairs back and forth. There’s plenty nearby to walk to, and it’s in the perfect location. The grounds are also beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful when I reached out before our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Timothy’s place was perfect for our vacation, it was very spacious, clean, and feel like at home. The balcony was huge and having the ocean view from our bedroom and living room was amazing. The las olas team was very nice and helpful, and the hotel had everything we needed like chairs, beach umbrella and kids and infant floats and toys and games. The beach was a quick access and the water was calm. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!
