We had a perfect stay in this Airbnb. Even though the AC is a bit loud as the building is a little older, our stay was lovely as the Condo is just a perfect relaxing spot. Pool is unbeatable

As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

Warren was a very good Host. He met us at the door and showed us around. Made sure that we had everything we needed. He even stocks the kitchen with a few extra things that are nice to have! Had lots of great reccomendations and so many things available to borrow. For our Beach day we were able to borrow towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart. There were even bicycles! My 3 year old ended up locking us out of one of the bedrooms and Warren was there to help right away. It was a great place to stay and would stay again. The area is great with a cute little downtown area just a 20 minute walk away.

We had a wonderful girls trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Easy walk to the beach, pool & fantastic restaurants. We made use of the beach chairs & towels provided which was a bonus for us. Thank you for being our home away from home. We hope to visit again!

The week we chose to stay here was the week Hurricane Helene hit Florida. Ashley was very responsive with communications when (due 100% to my user error) we were unable to unlock the keypad, and was very understanding with our inquiries about checking out early due to the storm. They graciously agreed to refund us for the time we would not get to stay, which they did not have to do. Despite leaving early, we thoroughly enjoyed the time we did get at this location - quick and easy access to the beach, the condo was perfect for our needs and was clean, and John’s Pass right across the street is perfect for eating and shopping. We hope to be able to come back to the area again soon, and would absolutely stay here again!

Mike and Karen were amazing hosts and extremely hospitable:) my only wish was that my dad and I could have stayed longer. 100 percent plan on returning next year for some more fishing. 6 stars

Beautiful home, everything was as described. We had nine people and there was plenty of room for everybody. Our group enjoyed walking to a couple local restaurants as well as being able to cook some meals in the well equipped kitchen. We visited after a hurricane, and they worked hard to make sure that everything was ready for us. Great, responsive hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

We loved our stay! It was an easy drive to Venice Beach. The house was very clean. We loved the fenced backyard for our dog. Our children LOVED crossing the street to go kayaking with the provided kayaks. Overall, great place! The beds were very comfy too!

What a beautiful place to share with others! Hosts were so nice and accommodating and respectful of privacy. It was amazing to have a private little beach area to wade into the water or hop on the paddleboard or kayak. Very peaceful little oasis, and close to beautiful public beaches up and down the coast. And dog friendly!! ❤️❤️❤️ We would definitely stay here again!

Mr. Lu's condo made our family vacation worth to remember. The location was perfectly as described walking distance access to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely highly recommend this condo location to everyone. A+

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Tanya was a very helpful host and very responsive. The unit was very clean and easily accessible. The location is amazing with a fantastic coffee shop on the first floor. Its right across frpm a beach access path on Madeira Beach. John's pass and shops are only a 2 minute drive away

We just had the best stay at Treasure Island, Florida. The condo was spotless from top to bottom, which made everything feel super fresh and welcoming. The water views were absolutely stunning. Every morning I’d kick back with my coffee and just take in the gorgeous scenery. The condo itself was so cozy and a kitchen that made whipping up meals a total breeze. After a long day of exploring, coming back to such a relaxing spot was the best. The pool was perfect for unwinding. Overall, this place is a total winner. If you’re looking for a comfy, relaxing spot with amazing views, this condo is definitely the way to go!

We had a great time staying at Hong's place. Everything we needed for a family of 4 was at hand. Beach gear, towels, Parasols. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the pool area and docks were a peaceful oasis. Within a short walk of plenty of restaurants and Publix. Not forgetting the most beautiful beach just across the road. Communication was also prompt and extremely helpful. This really is a fantastic Airbnb. Would highly recommend.

one of the best places we've been. the apartment is clean, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, there are beach chairs, a large umbrella and even toys for children to play in the sand. the territory is beautiful and well-kept, there is a swimming pool and a small playground. the area is very quiet, there are many supermarkets nearby. the beaches are also very close, in 15 minutes by car you can get to the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with snow-white sand. the host is very friendly, provided clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation, as well as interesting places for walks, shopping and restaurants. very grateful to the host for a wonderful place to relax, it made it to the list of our favorite places! we will definitely come again if we have such an opportunity!!!
