House vacation rentals in Sarasota

Went to Bradenton for a couple of days and decided on staying in Andrew’s wonderful house. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants and close to Anna Maria Island. The house was spacious, clean, had all the amenities and the pool was a huge plus! Andrew was quick in his responses and very friendly. Had a great time and will definitely come again in the future.

This home was perfect for our group. We loved having 3 en-suite master bedrooms. The location is great for beach(Siesta Key), waterfront restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book again!

My wife and I stayed at Wendy's place for a month. The house is located in a nice quite area surrounded by similar one family homes. The poeple in the area were very nice and welcoming. Check in was easy and communication withour host was easy. The home has a nice in ground pool in the back heated by solar. The home also had a nice lani in the back with a grill and table. The yard was very large and private.

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great location. Good amenities for the price. Dishwasher was not working and Anna got us a dish rack right away. Extremely communicative and timely in response.

Very nice home, plenty of space for larger family. We used the heated pool everyday. Stores within 5-10 driving minutes of property. Would definitely rent in future

Beautiful spot, not far from numerous restaurants and things to do. Not far from the Charlotte Event Center. Good amenities, stocked cupboards (coffee filters, seasonings, etc). Definitely would stay here again if we visit.

Very clean, great location to beach and my family. Walking area for our doggie and very close to shopping. We did pack too much. This home has everything you need. Nan is an awesome host.

The house was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. The location overlooking the pond is a highlight. The many kinds of birds that come onto the lawn and right onto the patio are fun to watch. As are the turtles and alligators that swim by all the time! The water in the area isn’t great, so there is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for drinking and cooking water. But the water in the rest of the house isn’t filtered, so the water in the tub and toilets and laundry is a little amber colored. It didn’t affect our clothes in the laundry, and we used bottled water to brush teeth, so it was fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would come back again!

My family and I had so much fun here! The locations is close to the beach and the area is easy to get around. The beds were super comfortable everything was clean and matched the description. The hosts checked in on us daily to make sure everything was okay! Great fishing in the pond outback as well! We will definitely be booking again!

Stop searching you’ve found it! Our third visit to AMI and Amy’s home was without a doubt the best place we’ve stayed. Everything is brand spanking new (sadly she had to renovate after last year’s hurricane). Her home is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We made all but one of our meals in her fab kitchen and made great use of her fantastic brand new Weber grill. The little plunge pool is a wonderful treat after a busy day relaxing on the beach. The cottage is walkable to bars and restaurants not to mention a short walk to the beautiful beach. Amy has thought of everything. Amy herself was a fantastic host - proactively checking in on us and providing thoughtful advice. We would be thrilled to stay again on our next visit to AMI. Thank you Amy!

Great stay! Quiet and off the beaten path but still close to many fun activities and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

The hosts were thorough with expectations and instructions. 5 minute drive to the beach, very safe feeling neighborhood. I would 100 percent book again when I’m back in the area.

Great place near the beaches. Our dog loved the spacious backyard and the wildlife. The home was very cozy and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Braulio was very responsive to all of our needs and wants. We had a great time loved the location. We would not hesitate to rebook his place for next year. We felt very comfortable and safe.We also enjoyed being able to take our little yorkie. I would recommend his place to family and friends. It was tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about Paige's place and were sad to leave. We stayed 9 days while our son played a tournament at IMG and loved the quiet neighborhood on Ware's creek. My husband worked remotely in the separate office and appreciated the available computer monitor. A highlight was reading out on the peaceful, screened porch with a view of the creek and private backyard full of tropical foliage. The house is the perfect size for 3 people and is so stylishly and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. When I mentioned that the house could use a few more dishes like small appetizer plates and bowls, and that the hairdryer was broken (I realized later that it wasn't), Paige texted almost immediately that she was shipping these new items to the house via Amazon. She is the most responsive host I've ever rented from. The Bradenton farmer's market and other good restaurants were only a 3 minute drive away. We would love to stay here again.
