I had an excellent stay at the studio. It's actually pretty spacious, apart from the bathroom sink area. Also, I didn't notice this in the pictures, but there are good blackout shades on all the windows, so it's easy to keep it dark. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place on the peninsula and traveling alone. I'll happily return on future business trips.

This place is super close to Caltrain which made it very convenient. It’s very walkable to nearby shops, and we even rented e-bikes from the store a couple blocks away and found the area very bike-friendly. The train is pretty loud — I’m used to train sounds but it was louder than expected. Highly recommend bringing earplugs — I bought some on the second night and it was perfect after that. It is her primary residence so you’ll feel more like you’re staying at a friend’s house than at a curated Airbnb. Don’t book this expecting a hotel vibe — it’s someone’s house, so come ready to respect that.

Karin‘s place was perfect for my one week stay with my daughter. Very well equipped both in bathroom and kitchen. I highly recommend this if you will be in the Half Moon Bay area.

Cory was a great host. Made sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive to our needs. The apartment was immaculate ! Would definitely stay here again.

It has been a lovely and very comfortable stay - very spacious living room and bedrooms, in-unit washing and drying machine, and great location - close to Safeway, Trader Joes and the Caltrain station. Would definitely come back.

Spacious third floor apartment with turn-of-the-century charm, ocean views, and easy walking distance to the 11.5 mile Coastal Trail. A great home base from which to explore Half Moon Bay.

We were in town for a family event and some sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. It worked out well for us as it was close to the train, downtown Burlingame and the airport. We were out most of the day and it was quiet at night. The driveway is a little tight but ok for a smaller car. We were able to buy train clipper cards at the Walgreens about a block away. Grocery stores were a short distance away. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

William is a very kind host and very helpful. very clear instructions that were itemized and easy to follow. The apartment was clean and had everything needed and in a great locaiton. William is very responsiveand resolved anything that came up in a matter of minutes. would 100% stay there again!

Lovely little studio, perfect for 1-2 people. Despite the owners being upstairs the place is amazingly private and restful. Surrounded by trees and well appointed with respectful and quiet hosts this place is a steal.

Loved staying here. Had a small bump in the road at the start but Annie was super helpful and was able to get us help asap. Place was clean, bed was super comfy, kitchen is really well stocked, and the backyard is nice and peaceful.

Nice property in an awesome location. Very close to CalTrain station and California Avenue which has a numerous restaurants, a grocery (Mollie Stones), etc. Property is in a secure building with underground parking. Susan, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

Place was exactly how it was listed. Madi was great at communication. We had to stay out cut short due to some logistical issues and Madi was kind enough to offer a refund.

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

The apartment was as described it was quiet and exactly as described. It is a great place close to a park for recreation.

Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here, home, in the Bay Area. We hosted the eldest here for her senior Prom Night held @ CityView in SF(2o) min drive. it was a wonderful stay. They enjoyed the amenities at the residence. We enjoyed the breathtaking views. I almost walked across the street & did some paragliding for My others Day, yesterday. Lol. Great views. Prime location. I would pull up again. ✌🏿
