Vacation rentals with a patio in San Luis Obispo

Could not have more amazing or welcoming hosts. Sandy and David continue to do more than expected to accommodate me. Clean, beautiful home, friendly pets, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. Private and peaceful neighborhood that is close to restaurants & shopping. Having covered / garage parking as well as easy access to the washer & dryer is truly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here and would give them more stars if I could 😁

Lisa’s place was really lovely. Everything was exactly as advertised but even better. We enjoyed the large deck and the beautiful view, the coziness of the fireplace, and the easy to use kitchen. The location is very convenient in a quiet and cute neighborhood and the house overlooks a large natural area of trees—we liked watching the birds flying by in the treetops. Can’t say enough good things about this spot, we would love to return soon!

The stay at the cottage suite was wonderful! It was a great getaway for just the two of us and our 11 year old Golden, with easy access to the beach, to Cayucos and to Morro Bay. This is probably one of the most nicely appointed Airbnb places that we have stayed. It is not like the typical short term rental flip. You can tell that Edel and Alex have put the same care into the cottage as they would their house, with spot on finishes and trim, comfortable furniture and high end appliances. Definitely will be at the top of our list next time we visit the Central Coast

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

Claudia and Bob are very welcome. The ocean view is the best. It really close to the pismo beach. My family spent a relax time there.

What an amazing weekend! We originally booked 2 nights, but extended our stay because we were having the best time. Beautiful rustic property, private living quarters, chic farmhouse vibes, pet friendly, awesome hosts, and GOATS and CHICKENS! Close to everything Paso has to offer, but still private and secluded enough for a weekend break. Fayette and Mariana are fabulous hosts, and we will absolutely stay at this property again! I feel like we really lucked out in finding this spot, and now it’s like a little timeshare that we can book as we please. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

What a gem! We had an unexpected trip to San Luis Obispo and found this listing. We absolutely loved our stay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful! The accomodations were exactly what was pictured, quiet, clean and close to restaurants and town. The best part was being able to interact with the horses on the property! Waking up, grabbing a cup of coffee and strolling along the stables and being greeted by the 4-legged residents! Totally unique!

Super sweet studio apartment. Something small and sweet with plenty of walkable activities around the town. Friendly faces and sincerely the sweetest host! My significant other and I had a lovely time for new years getting to relax around and be cozy, while also being immersed in the cute town of Morro Bay. Plenty of activities, stores and restaurants to choose from. I’d recommend stopping here at their place for a few days or to get out of town for the weekend from daily life. I really loved it and would love to come back again! Thank you!

Patrick was very responsive. we asked for colander and he delivered it to us the t. v had parental control, we contacted him and came the next day. the house was very homey, the backyard accordion door opens the home to the outdoor, the screen was nice, reduces the flies to come in. comfortable beds, each room has a bathroom. walking distance to turley winery. will come back. thanks Patrick and Trish

Lovely place on the edge of town. Could walk (long) or drive. So much attention to detail. Kitchen was well appointed including meat thermometer, other gadgets and blender. Full sized washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub in working order. Table with fire pit. Beautiful views for organize and sunset. Great common space and play areas. I wish we knew when the sprinklers came on so we didn’t get wet but it was a good laugh. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable.

The house was awesome. It was great to have a house that felt like home. Great entertainment room, backyard was a great place to hangout, and the inside of the house was very nice. I would greatly recommend this house to anyone. Thanks Jaclyn & Alex’s for the hospitality.

We had our family of 4 there for three nights. Overall--5 stars At first glance of the house we noticed the barn-style look of it, including gable-style roof construction! Very cool! Not a turn-off at all. Once inside it feels like a new house. Neighborhood spread out and sprinkled with houses. Rolling hills and tree-lined streets. First floor had the kitchen, dining & family room in this greatroom. Modern kitchen feel with stone counters and upgraded amenities. Coffee pot too. TV was big and had netflix and hulu i believe. LVT wood floors toped off the look. VERY Clean and neat. Bathroom on the first floor is big with a foyer-style room separate from the shower/toilet room. That worked out great because it's the only bathroom in the house. It was not a problem at all with the 4 of us. Second floor had two queen beds and a TV and plenty of unused room for any bags you have. Again LVT floors and super clean. Overall, i felt safe & would definitely bring family back here again.

This spot was absolutely perfect - clean, comfortable, homey, and super handy for how close it is to downtown Templeton. Steve is a great host - excellent and clear communication across the board, and very clearly a caring owner of the property. The neighborhood is delightful and super quiet, and I'll be overjoyed to re-book for future Templeton visits!

This was such an amazing experience! The house is beautiful and the view is something else! We had a short but great stay here as we were only here for a wedding. However this was such a great experience we already talking about coming back. Great hosts too!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the area. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had an amazing time. The home was so cute and inviting. It was very homie and comfortable. Carolyn was very responsive to my emails. EVERYTHING was in walking distance. We went to Splash Cafe, the Cinnamon Roll, Hot Shot pool Hall, Harry's and the pier. We also drove over to the Sand Dune for some off roading. Afterwards we enjoyed some breakfast at a cute 50's diner called Rock and Roll Cafe.

Everything was wonderful at this condo. Clean, great location just a couple blocks from the beach, lots of fun restaurants and shops nearby. Management was very quick and responsive with any questions we had. We will stay here again.

Great location so close to the beach with easy parking! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and loved being able to send the kids down the street to enjoy the beach. The accommodations included everything we needed!

This by far is one of the best properties I've stayed at! It's at a great location!Plus, Rachel gave such a warm welcome! She's a fantastic! It's been the perfect getaway!. Summer’s place was absolutely amazing. Her welcome info was all spot on and she was so quick in responding to any questions I had. The memory foam mattresses were so comfortable, everyone in my party slept so well. We loved that she was flexible about letting us use the laundry amenities, that came in handy. The enclosed back yard was so peaceful for eating breakfast and barbecuing. Walking distance to downtown was very convenient and there’s a lot to do. Her amenities provided for cooking were great as we tend to stay in and cook instead of eating out. Overall her place was extremely clean and so comfortable. We also loved that she provided a basket of snacks on the kitchen counter, so useful for on the go or quick snack. It’s clear that Summer is very thoughtful towards her guest’s comfort. 10 out of 10, everyone in my party agrees that they would stay again.

The Red Lobster was a great place to come and relax after a very long day at the car show, away from the hustle. It accommodated us and our two teenagers great. The stocked coffee was greatly appreciated so we could relax in the morning and not have to run out the door first thing. Amber was great at checking in to see how we were doing during the whole stay without being bothersome. Thank you for the hospitality and a great weekend!
