Very clean and quiet home to stay at when visiting the area. I will be back again. The hosts were available if I had any questions. Great place!

Convenient and comfortable. No issues to report. Be comfortable climbing stairs though! I would definitely stay again.

Just finished a fantastic stay at Laura and Mark's in Joshua Tree - what a treat! They really went all-in with the vintage theme, but did so in a way that felt both authentic and usable. Sometimes you see these wonderfully midcentury homes where it feels a bit too much like a museum - not the case here! Their instructions throughout the house were perfect and clear: took only a quick read to understand how to use their wonderful AV setup. There were some nice touches like robes in the closet, hangers for formal wear, and a fantastic jacuzzi! Hosts were warm and communicative. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for the fun experience!

This place was great! Very clean and in a great area close to freeways and easy checkin. The host Neil was great with any and all communication. I will be booking my stay here again next time I’m in town. Thank you for a great stay

Beautiful unique home where even the pictures don’t quite do it justice. Intricate detail throughout & the place is just pristine & you are surrounded by such amazing care & detail to make the stay special. Cannot speak highly enough about the place & Bill & Elizabeth. We had a great stay here, it was the perfect place to stay two nights for our last minute trip visiting Joshua tree. This place has just what we needed, and was very cozy and comfortable. It was such a peaceful stay. The instructions to check-in and out were very clear and it was overall a smooth process with everything. 😊😊😊

Nice place, quiet neighborhood. The rental unit it’s very spacious, clean and confortable. Bedroom is big, the bed very confortable. The pool in the back yard look very inviting, unfortunately didn’t have the time to enjoy it. Really nice place over all.

Staying in Suzanne’s guest house was wonderful. It was a really great fit for us. We had no issues with check in, during our stay or check out. Love the town! We will certainly come back when we can! If you read the description and look at the photos and like it, book it! You won’t regret it.

I loved the private little patio with the hot tub. It was perfect for our needs and felt very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

The rental was great! It was described just as it was stated. Very clean and Deysi answered my question about the TV right away. Definitely affordable and we will come back.

This place was a gem! We had to get out for two days from our not too far away home due to high support needs for my different developing son, as our home was being treated for a severe ant invasion. We booked this last minute. He had his staff check for ants before we got there. All clear! He understood I was traumatized. :) He helped me trouble shoot how to get an app going for my son through guest mode on Roku. Yet the best part is my son is non verbal uses a communication device but he didn’t need to when the train went by. Every single time he got up, we looked at it together and he was all smiles. I got the best video of the experience. I absolutely loved sitting in the patio and relaxing for once as my son roamed around in a gated area, where I could watch him. This was a last minute absolute gem. Zachary is super quick to respond. I know my son would love to go back and see the train. He kept asking for it on his communication device and was sad to leave. So grateful!

I really enjoyed my stay Dave was very helpful with me checking in. And messaged me and informed me if I needed anything to call him at any time. The place was very clean and the couches and bed was very comfortable. Very nice neighborhood too by the way. Thank you Dave so much!

Our host was very accommodating. Neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was perfect! We look forward to booking another stay when we’re back in Lake Havasu.
