We had a fantastic stay here! Everything was just right, from the location to the furnishing style, the great design of the outdoor areas, the equipment in the kitchen, etc... This airbnb provides the perfect combination of complete peace and seclusion on the one hand, and good shopping and activities less than a quarter of an hour's drive away on the other. Communication with the hosts was always prompt, super friendly and very accommodating! We sincerely hope to be able to come back here again soon. Best regards from Germany!

We had an incredible stay at this Joshua Tree retreat. The full-length glass windows offered breathtaking views of the rocky desert landscape—sunrises and sunsets were unforgettable. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the summer heat, and the entire space felt serene and private. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathrooms were spotless and thoughtfully stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable, and the home was peaceful and quiet, yet just a 7-minute drive to the 29 Palms Highway. Highly recommended—would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin with great amenities. My husband especially enjoyed the Roland piano. There were well-written instructions for everything. Tara probably has the fastest response time of any host we've communicated with! The locked closet in the master bedroom was not an issue, as there are several attractive hooks on the wall. The king bed was very comfortable, however shorter guests should be aware that the height from the ground is quite high; a good 30". (The king bed in the second bedroom is the same height.) This was the perfect place for a relaxing stay. Thank you Tara!

Coreys dome house is the best styled Airbnb I have rented- its gorgeous with tasteful and interesting art & curiosities. It feels more like staying in a cool friends' home than a rental home. We took great use of the hot tub and well equipped kitchen and the very convenient entrance to Joshua Tree Park.

Great place to stay! Loved the pool, hot tub, pool table and darts.We used it as a place to stay after a hike in Palm Springs before a full day at Joshua tree.

Cool, funky desert house with thoughtful vintage and local touches. Tons of indoor and outdoor seating and super private. The hot tub underneath the Joshua Tree was a great touch!

Great place! Clean, great location to town, the park, and to where our friend's place is. Clean, comfortable, and the back yard is awesome (def be careful with your dogs with the space under the fence on the one side). We were too early for the cowboy tub but wasn't home much anyways...in the summer the tub looks like it will be awesome (it's large, big enough for multiple people). Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Loved all the different areas to hang out (patio, fire pit, game room, kitchen & living room). Nice kitchen set up. Bathrooms & bedrooms were great. Would definitely stay there again!!

Lovely stay at the Cozy Cottage. Perfect size for three hikers that needed a break. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. Would definitely stay here again!

Diane was an incredible host! Her and the Hidden Passage crew have created such a beautiful and peaceful oasis and made mine and my partner’s anniversary vacation an absolute dream! It truly felt like we were removed from society for a small moment and that’s exactly what we needed. The property was so well managed and kept so pristine! Every staff member we met on site was so kind and extremely helpful! I could not recommend this place enough! Also the pool rocks, we spent every single day in it!

If you want an escape the Owls Nest is the best place to run away to! From the moment you walk through the door you feel like you are home. The cozy A Frame cabin is filled with warm light and the scent of the wood truly makes you feel very welcomed. The home really had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved that though we felt we were deep in the mountains everything really was just a quick 5 drive away. Our hosts were super kind and friendly and quick to reach out if I had any questions. If you do stay here I really recommend a night time dip in the hot tub as you look up at the stars.

Sati’s little desert retreat was a wonderful value. A magical little getaway with all the comforts and amenities. Beautiful home, big jacuzzi, gorgeous bathroom that had an awesome shower and luxurious bathtub. The kitchen has its own fun personality. Finding this hidden location requires attention to detail luckily sati is proactive about directions.

We stayed at Jamie's place as part of annual girls' trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The house is wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful! There was plenty of space for us to spread out, both inside and out, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the beds were comfortable. Jamie is a very proactive host and had very clear instructions. We all would stay here again without a doubt!

This was one of the most amazing stays I have ever had through Airbnb. I fell in love with the house and property as soon as I arrived. As someone from the "Baby Boomer" generation, the mid 20th century architecture, furnishings and "vibe" of the house were a delight to experience! I was looking for a retreat-like experience, and in that regard the property was just perfect for me! I loved the privacy, and the views from the house and the property were truly outstanding! It was so quiet and so incredibly peaceful. It is the perfect location to watch the sunset with the mountains in the background, and I really enjoyed making a fire in the outdoor fireplace after sunset each night. I literally did not want to leave when it was time for me to check out! I enjoyed a visit to Joshua Tree National Park which is just minutes away from the house, and the hot tub and pool were amazing. Jenn was very friendly and easy to get ahold of for any questions. I can't wait to return!

Becky's place was very comfortable. We picked this place because it was pet friendly. Because it was pet friendly we thought it might not be as clean but it was very clean! The beds are comfortable too! We did not see any evidence of any other pets that have stayed there. If I had to pick one thing to work on I would say new towels and linens as they are a little aged. Also we did not see any dishtowels or cleaning rags so we had to use paper towels to wipe down and our own boat rags we had brought. So make sure you bring extra paper towels. We would stay here again as it was very comfortable for our kids and pets. Becky even gave us the options of checking in early and checking out late which was a bonus!

What a cute lil place! We had such a nice time relaxing in the living space and listening to records! Unfortunately the record collection wasn’t exactly chock full of 70s music and the albums that we did find cool weren’t even in the sleeves. Kind of disappointing. We ended up using the speaker mostly. The place was comfortable and clean and the vintage appliances worked better than my modern ones! Oh, I should have brought my own pillow! The pillows in the bedrooms were VERY thin!!! What a great job making it pretty authentic 70s! That part was super fun.

My husband and I stayed at Heike and Georg’s cozy desert home for a birthday staycation and it was everything we could have hoped for! The temperature was perfect to make use of the pool and the privacy made spending lots of outdoor time all the better. Aside from the pool, we loved the homey and curated decor which left us feeling creative and inspired throughout the trip. Heike and Georg were very accommodating, even giving us an early check in so we could make the most of our trip. They were also very responsive with all of our questions and made our stay that much better.

It’s beautiful, private and quiet. There are so many birds if you’re a bird watcher. We did see a coyote, but heard them every night. Close to Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley and Morongo actually had some very cool shops.
