Regina is a great host. Very responsive to all my question. Unit has a good location and all the conveniences you might need.

This place was adorable. Clean, safe and in a convenient location. Travis and Gabrielle were wonderful hosts. I would not hesitate to book another stay here or at any of their other properties.

Maribel is a gracious and helpful host. Her apartment was quiet, quaint, and immaculately clean!! My son spent 16 days her on break from college and enjoyed the private, rooftop terrace, easy walking to attractions and respectful neighbors. Maribel is quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay and experience ❤️

David is a nice guy. He prepared a lot bottle water, coffee, and some snacks at room.The room is quite cozy and quiet. The location is very good,just close to I-95. There are CVS and gas station nearby. So good to stay at David’s house.

Great location, cozy apartment, right in trolley square, yet very quiet with plenty of privacy! Well appointed kitchen, we had everything we needed for the weekend! Brenda is a great host! Very receptive to every need we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Jeff’s place was the perfect place to stay! Location, comfort, amenities…I could go on and on. I travel Wilmington 3-4 times a year and am already looking forward to my next stay. Great place to stay for a few weeks while in town for a job... Building is older, but overall was good; nice to have laundry access in the basement & private parking in the back! Neighbors were nice & street felt safe. Close to Brandywine Creek Park, which is lovely, and only a mile to some downtown restaurants

Had a great experience staying in this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding weekend. Our host, Catherine, was very helpful in answering our questions, allowing beauticians to come help the bridal party get ready, and added special decorative touches, including beautiful flower arrangements, to add to the celebration.

Bebe is a great host. We stayed in the area because our son had a soccer tournament at Green Branch Park which is nearby. It was perfect for us because we wanted a quiet space to stay at. The nearby hotels tend to be overrun by all the soccer families. Since our son had early 7:30a start time to the morning, it was nice to be away from all the busy hotels that can be distracting.

This loft was exactly as pictured and Dominque was an excellent communicator who provided clear instructions and set expectations at every part of the process. This space is great for four people and had two fabulous bathrooms and a beautiful large kitchen. There was laundry, though we didn’t use it during our short stay. We felt very safe and had no problem with parking or access. The beds were comfortable and both rooms had an office set up, so if you are traveling for work know you are covered for WFH spaces! This unit is on the second floor and has a third story loft bedroom (note, there isn’t a door for privacy but the upstairs still felt private). Temps were great! We would absolutely stay here again - it’s about a four block walk into the main downtown area and two blocks to a food hall with lots of dining options. Not a reflection on the host at all, but the next door neighbors did smoke marijuana and we could smell it inside the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Natasha's home! It was spacious and convenient for our visit. We were able to walk to the downtown area to go to restaurants. The riverfront is nearby for nature walks. We hope to stay here again on future visits!

Recently traveled to Wilmington for a family party. Tim was very responsive to all of my questions including check in, local area, proximity to my event, and parking. The house is very well appointed and the area is very walkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much. I cannot express how much thoughtfulness the host demonstrated in her place. The simplest things one might need but forgot to pack because they are in a hurry. She got your back. The love and care she put into her home shows. Her home was very clean and not to mention very quiet and safe. What made my stay more welcomeing is Shana sweet personality and gentle soul, which made her a fantastic host. Hidden Elegance definitely leave me with a lasting positive impression, of booking future reservations.

Easily one of the best locations in Wilmington. Parking isn't too hard to find along the surrounding residential streets and less than a 1 minute walk to the Trolley Square bars and restaurants. The space felt more like home than just a place to stay, so good I would be long term renter/full-time resident if I could.

Marc's place was perfect as I was doing a rotation at Nemours Children's Hospital only 10 minutes away.Very quiet neighborhood.Free parking you just have to go onto the City of Wilmington"s website to set it up takes a day to go into effect I would do it 2 days before I got there so you have it.

I stayed at this location for several months, as a traveler, it is always important to find a safe clean home with easy access to all my needs. It is close to I-495 which made travel to work very convenient. Leanne’s place provided all my needs, she is a very kind host and willingly worked with me. Thanks Leanne you made my stay Wilmington a pleasure.

Spent 1 night here when passing through. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little firm for us, but it’s hard to satisfy everyone with mattresses. There was a lot of road noise late at night and early morning. Not owners fault. Would definitely stay again.
