Great place to stay, very clean and quiet. Johnny was very responsive and helpful with any questions and concerns about the property. The only notable downfall is this particular unit does not have any windows. Otherwise, everything was great, would stay again.

This is a cute (and fairly large) 1BD apartment in a cool part of Wilmington that is a 20 minute walk from downtown. Location: Great location - 20 minute walk and near cute coffeeshops and a few restaurants. Apt itself: Pretty large. The living room is great for hanging out and there is a huge desk for work. Also a full kitchen. Great spot for someone who is in Wilmington but would rather stay in an interesting neighborhood than downtown. Unit was very clean - though it is an older unit in an older building. Host Comms: The host was super communicative and easy to reach. Had one slight request which was addressed within a day. TLDR: Nice unit, good value; great location

I had the best experience with Bob. I needed a last-minute Airbnb, and he came through for me! He truly saved the day, even though it was late! Not only did he accommodate a late check-out, but the rooms were also spacious, clean, and had more than I could ask for, all at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming back, Bob! Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

A very quaint and quiet stay right next to a very scenic walking trail and the river. Was perfect for my one month stay in Delaware. Marc was super responsive to all my questions and requests. Felt just like home away from home.

I loved staying at Marc’s place. It was walking distance to nature, half a block from the Brandywine River trails and walkable to downtown! It felt safe and so convenient. The place had views of the river from bedroom and kitchen. Marc was friendly, very responsive and quick to return any questions. I would stay again in a heartbeat, great value!

We had a great stay. Maribel's place was cute, clean, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had full-size appliances, and all the utensils and cookware one might need. There was space for everything. The outside patio was really cute too, and I enjoyed having coffee out there in the morning. The shower was a marvel from heaven! We had a very comfortable stay. Maribel was very responsive to questions and it seemed like she had thought of almost everything.

Kat was a wonderful host! She met me at her house at the agreed-upon check-in time and was quite cordial, patient, and helpful. As a first-time Airbnb costumer, these qualities were much appreciated. She showed me all the relevant aspects and amenities and quickly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her Airbnb was the perfect space and location for my visit, and I would gladly return.

This apt was a new listing for the host. The accommodations were very nice. There were a few quirks initially - for example w/ internet access, to which Johnny quickly responded.

Janine’s place was very comfortable, stylish and had wonderful selection of coffee, teas and snacks. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our 3 month stay in Wilmington at Marc’s place. Marc is a great host and responded to any of our questions very quickly. His place was quiet, clean and close toTrolley Square, where we enjoyed walking to and enjoyed some of the restaurants there. We would highly recommend this spot for your stay!

Maribel is a gracious and helpful host. Her apartment was quiet, quaint, and immaculately clean!! My son spent 16 days her on break from college and enjoyed the private, rooftop terrace, easy walking to attractions and respectful neighbors. Maribel is quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay and experience ❤️

David is a nice guy. He prepared a lot bottle water, coffee, and some snacks at room.The room is quite cozy and quiet. The location is very good,just close to I-95. There are CVS and gas station nearby. So good to stay at David’s house.

Great location, cozy apartment, right in trolley square, yet very quiet with plenty of privacy! Well appointed kitchen, we had everything we needed for the weekend! Brenda is a great host! Very receptive to every need we had. Would definitely stay here again!
