Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood. Everything exactly as pictured and described. Comfy beds & linens. We stayed a week and hated to leave but know where we will stay upon our return!

This loft was exactly as pictured and Dominque was an excellent communicator who provided clear instructions and set expectations at every part of the process. This space is great for four people and had two fabulous bathrooms and a beautiful large kitchen. There was laundry, though we didn’t use it during our short stay. We felt very safe and had no problem with parking or access. The beds were comfortable and both rooms had an office set up, so if you are traveling for work know you are covered for WFH spaces! This unit is on the second floor and has a third story loft bedroom (note, there isn’t a door for privacy but the upstairs still felt private). Temps were great! We would absolutely stay here again - it’s about a four block walk into the main downtown area and two blocks to a food hall with lots of dining options. Not a reflection on the host at all, but the next door neighbors did smoke marijuana and we could smell it inside the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Natasha's home! It was spacious and convenient for our visit. We were able to walk to the downtown area to go to restaurants. The riverfront is nearby for nature walks. We hope to stay here again on future visits!

Rob housed a house full of international artists for our recent project. The house was spacious and cozy and provided a comfortable space. The back porch was a big win for them as well as the spacious kitchen that allowed them to share meals together. Rob was attentive and helped us work through difficulties with various appliances and whatever issues arose over the course of their extended stay. I am very grateful for Rob responding quickly and efficiently and being very sensitive to the comfort of our guests during the length of their stay. It was close to the main street with multiple grocery stores so the location was perfect for our process. I recommend this airbnb if you are looking for a place with a lot of charm, heart and a reliable host!

Recently traveled to Wilmington for a family party. Tim was very responsive to all of my questions including check in, local area, proximity to my event, and parking. The house is very well appointed and the area is very walkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Gabriel was very friendly, flexible and accommodating. The house is a little quirky but quaint and comfortable. So grateful that pets were allowed. That was a huge help for our trip. We appreciated the stay for our wedding weekend.

We stayed at Treborgarth for 3 nights, and hosted our wedding there. From start to finish Robert did a great job with communication and flexibility. The estate is a beautiful location for and event, or just a stay. We kayaked, fished and enjoyed all the space.

Tara was a great host from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. Her home is very clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are super comfortable! Parking was seamless and restaurants and attractions were close by. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. We were sad to go! I really wanted to extend our stay. We will definitely book again!

Shane was awesome! He accommodated my family and I for a last minute trip to Delaware. He was very responsive, friendly, and even looked out for me when I made a mistake when booking. His place was clean and I’d definitely book again.

Stacey’s place is absolutely adorable. We even stayed an extra day! It’s in a beautiful location, a little piece of heaven on earth! Stacey and her husband are lovely people. Very welcome and accommodating. I highly recommend this place 💖😊
