Erick is an accommodating and responsive host! The place was clean and as described on the listing. The location cannot be better for exploring Wilmington without a car.

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood. Everything exactly as pictured and described. Comfy beds & linens. We stayed a week and hated to leave but know where we will stay upon our return!

We have had a few Airbnb’s in the Wilmington area and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable. 3 1/2 baths was a dream in an old house. Whoever decorated the home was spot on, it is beautiful! I highly recommended the home and host! We will be back.

My wife and I stayed with Michael to attend a wedding at Bellevue Hall. The house was perfect, as it was only a 5 mins drive from the venue and had plenty of food options nearby. Michael was incredibly responsive and was flexible with a specific need we had to make the location work. The expectations were all clear and logistics were smooth from early communication to check-out. Neighborhood was comfortable as well. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay for an event at Bellevue or just need a quiet place to relax.

This loft was exactly as pictured and Dominque was an excellent communicator who provided clear instructions and set expectations at every part of the process. This space is great for four people and had two fabulous bathrooms and a beautiful large kitchen. There was laundry, though we didn’t use it during our short stay. We felt very safe and had no problem with parking or access. The beds were comfortable and both rooms had an office set up, so if you are traveling for work know you are covered for WFH spaces! This unit is on the second floor and has a third story loft bedroom (note, there isn’t a door for privacy but the upstairs still felt private). Temps were great! We would absolutely stay here again - it’s about a four block walk into the main downtown area and two blocks to a food hall with lots of dining options. Not a reflection on the host at all, but the next door neighbors did smoke marijuana and we could smell it inside the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Natasha's home! It was spacious and convenient for our visit. We were able to walk to the downtown area to go to restaurants. The riverfront is nearby for nature walks. We hope to stay here again on future visits!

Regina is a great host. Very responsive to all my question. Unit has a good location and all the conveniences you might need.

This place was adorable. Clean, safe and in a convenient location. Travis and Gabrielle were wonderful hosts. I would not hesitate to book another stay here or at any of their other properties.

Maribel is a gracious and helpful host. Her apartment was quiet, quaint, and immaculately clean!! My son spent 16 days her on break from college and enjoyed the private, rooftop terrace, easy walking to attractions and respectful neighbors. Maribel is quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay and experience ❤️

This place was exactly what I needed for what I was in town for. The place was clean and the host was very flexible and understanding. Check in was way and secure. I would stay again if I needed to be in this area. The neighbor hood wasn’t the best but the street the apartment is on was quiet and peaceful. Thank you to these ladies for a great stay!

Jeff’s place was the perfect place to stay! Location, comfort, amenities…I could go on and on. I travel Wilmington 3-4 times a year and am already looking forward to my next stay. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Artie and Perla’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The house itself is stunning—beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also enjoyed the peaceful and friendly neighborhood, where everyone we met was so kind. They also have a good AC equipment, great shower, spacious fridge equipped with many goodies and a lot of candles (a lot!) for a nice romantic dinner. We truly loved staying here and can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Artie and Perla, for making our stay so memorable!

Very nice and clean stay! Was a great size, even more spacious than it appeared in photos. Dhameer was also quickly responsive when we ran out of toilet paper and needed to find where he stored extras. Thank you Dhameer!

Easily one of the best locations in Wilmington. Parking isn't too hard to find along the surrounding residential streets and less than a 1 minute walk to the Trolley Square bars and restaurants. The space felt more like home than just a place to stay, so good I would be long term renter/full-time resident if I could.

Marc's place was perfect as I was doing a rotation at Nemours Children's Hospital only 10 minutes away.Very quiet neighborhood.Free parking you just have to go onto the City of Wilmington"s website to set it up takes a day to go into effect I would do it 2 days before I got there so you have it.

I stayed at this location for several months, as a traveler, it is always important to find a safe clean home with easy access to all my needs. It is close to I-495 which made travel to work very convenient. Leanne’s place provided all my needs, she is a very kind host and willingly worked with me. Thanks Leanne you made my stay Wilmington a pleasure.

Everything as described , good communication , the accommodation has everything you need , quiet and well maintained location , only the pool we did not find as stated in the description

Spent 1 night here when passing through. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was a little firm for us, but it’s hard to satisfy everyone with mattresses. There was a lot of road noise late at night and early morning. Not owners fault. Would definitely stay again.
