Ventura beach vacation rentals

We had a great stay at Agota's place in Ventura. It was about 15-20mins to Ojai and a nice drive in. We really enjoyed the decor, the pool, and the home altogether. An excellent stay, would highly recommend!

My wife and I loved our stay at Shelli’s beach bungalow. Very cute place and walking distance to downtown Ventura and the beach. We hope to return next time we are in Ventura!

Beautiful home, kind and helpful host, and lovely location. The home is so thoughtfully outfitted, from comfortable beds and furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen. Many nice touches included coffee (both ground and beans for those who like to grind their own), tea selections, snacks upon arrival and bedside mints, and a garage full of bikes and beach toys from boogie boards to beach chairs etc. The landscaping in the backyard is a haven for songbirds and also for guests! Sitting out there with a cup of tea or coffee guarantees moments of serenity. Just a short walk to the beach and Pierpont village, and a short drive to downtown Ventura. We can't wait to go back! Thank you, Lisa, for being such an amazing host.

The house was actually a bit bigger than we expected. Decor was darling, everything g was spotless. We only used the king bed and it was exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Laura's directions and communication was very kind and helpful. Entry was smooth. Would so stay here again!!!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach is at the end of the block. Easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. The home was clean and uncluttered and also had little extras like books, board games and laundry detergent. We used the beach chairs provided each night to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

M’Lou was absolutely great. She gave me some top notch local food recommendations and was very responsive to questions I had since I have never been in the area.

What a great place! The house was super clean, the beds comfortable, the water pressure awesome, and the kitchen spotless. This was a really easy place to stay, and our family of six had plenty of space. For those wanting to stay in the Pierpont neighborhood of Ventura, have easy access to the whole city, and be close to the 101 highway, this is the spot to be. This part of Ventura is full of beach cottages and newer houses, lots of palm trees, bike lanes, and even an In n Out burger spot not too far away. Very close to the beach, too! Highly recommend.

What we found on arrival & during our stay was exactly what we expected from the description, photos, and video. Character counts, and this home had big personality, from mismatched doors, doorknobs, and repurposed kitchen lights down to a little tiny skeleton key to the bathroom! Water pressure was excellent, wifi strong, home was clean, and we had a great weekend. Host communication was clear, concise, and responses to questions were immediate! Check out was EASY, nothing complicated.

We had an amazing stay here! The house is very cute with a relaxing ambiance. It’s very clean and comfortable. The fridge was well stocked with a variety of drinks, which was a unique and really nice surprise that we appreciated. We absolutely loved being able to make coffee and drink it outside in the patio in the mornings. The landscaping was beautiful and there’s so much to do in the area! We actually got engaged on this trip. Would definitely recommend staying here to our friends/family!!

My husband and I stayed for a short business trip and absolutely loved the place. It had a cute interior and exterior, and we enjoyed seeing the sea lions right across the street playing in the water. The front and back patios were relaxing, and the bed was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for much more! And price was reasonable for the area. We’ll definitely look at staying at one of their properties next time we’re in the area.

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

The home is as beautiful as the pictures showed. The listing was accurate on the listed amenities and home features. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood, but had easy access to downtown and the beach. It was only a 40-minute drive to Santa Barbara and a 30-minute drive to Ojai when we were traveling around. I would definitely stay here again.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The location is centrally located and an easy walk to East Beach, the Santa Barbara Zoo and even a nice jaunt down to Stearn's Wharf. We loved the jacuzzi and the private courtyard patio. The unit was clean and had all the listed amenities. Highly recommend!

Very close the Ventura County Fairgrounds! Really quiet area after a long day at the shows. They had really nice touches from make-up remover and coffee and creamer on location. Had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend it

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

We have been coming annually to this house and we have so much fun! Everything is so clean and just such a great stay! Would recommend and stay again!

This was a true vacation. Some places are pretty - this one was gorgeous and super comfortable. The space was so accommodating to us as a family - the rooms to sit, the outdoor table, the upstairs deck, the pool table. I will savor always these memories. The pool table converts to a large table and we had our meals there. The upstairs deck with the fire pit was heavenly - we could hear the ocean. The kitchen has what you need - we were able to have 10 for dinner (local family plus those at the B&B). The beds were super comfortable and so quiet at night - again, with the windows open you can hear the waves. I would LOVE to return to this property. Very responsive management and let us check in early which was so helpful! Thank you for truly a rejuvenating stay!

The drive to the property through acres and acres of avocado trees, beautiful flowers and a peaceful winding paved road was extremely pleasant. The walk up to the house was so beautiful with flowers and trees everywhere. and a large grassy area. We walked in and instantly knew we had found paradise. Judith's home was spotlessly clean. Minimal yet very comfortable furnishings; everything so tasteful with beautifully curated Japanese inspired art and housewares. Everything in the home gives you a sense of serenity. So many places to sit and look at beauty. There are fountains and lush grounds that add so much. We wished it had been cold so we could have had a wood burning fire each night. The Japanese pool (it is a hot tub but not plastic, it is beautifully tiled sunken tub) is a relaxing retreat any time of day and it looks out at a peaceful garden with a waterfall and stream. Judith is a lovely host, and her home is really very special. We will be returning often.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

This place was amazing!! Beautiful and had plenty of room for my family to stay. The roof top patio made for the perfect dinning space. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming Airbnb! The location was perfect, tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. We especially loved being just minutes away from the local farmers market, a great selection of restaurants, and some fantastic consignment and thrift stores. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi in the yard, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and convenient getaway!
