Great stay! The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. Check-in was smooth, and they were flexible with our schedule. The unit was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend!

Wendy and Eric are awesome people and hosts. Lovely conversations and local recommendations. You will feel right at home with privacy and as much or as little interaction as you want. The space is clean and welcoming. The sauna and steam shower are a nice treat after a long day out exploring. The pool is a bonus amenity as well as the outdoor fireplace. The backyard is gorgeous and the sweet dogs that come and greet you are just the best! Did I mention the sweet dogs? They are just too sweet! Definitely would recommend this space!

I stayed here for the WSER Training runs on Memorial Day weekend. It worked beautifully as it was a quick hop to everything. I watched a couple Disney dvds on TV and slept great! The outside was beautiful with plants in pots and it was relaxing and peaceful. Coffee provided was a great bonus and 3 cookies which I consumed the first night. It's a great place for 1-2 people and 1-2 dogs. I would recommend and stay here again

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Impeccably clean. Comfy mattress, nice sheets, big shower. Everything works. From a choice of coffee capsules to bedside usb phone chargers, the hosts have thought of just about everything a guest could ask for. Highly recommend, would happily stay here again.

Every bit as nice as my first stay at this location (2023). Very welcoming and well-kept. In fact , the fence and entry gate had just been painted prior to our arrival. They've taken care of all the little details, with a bottle of water and packages of snacks available and even a selection of cables for charging phones. I just hope it's available, again, the next time we visit!

Wonderful hosts and beautiful private property

Such a great, comfy little place! I couldn't decide whether I liked the pirate bedroom or the loft bedroom better. And it's close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping, and centrally located for easy access to the entire Sacramento area. Definitely recommend!

Will not hesitate to stay here again- we loved everything about it! It was really important to us to have a place that was very comfortable, so we could "recharge" between our wedding shoots (we had 3 in a row while we were staying here!), and Stephanie's space 100% allowed us to do just that. Will absolutely book again if we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—super walkable to all the great spots in Midtown Sacramento. We especially loved being just a short walk from the Saturday farmers market, which was such a fun bonus to our weekend. The space itself was clean, cute, and cozy. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and parking was easy and convenient, which made everything even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful every step of the way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sacramento!

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay. My accommodations were immaculate and very welcoming. This is a private guest space with a generous private, covered, patio. Everything about this home was calming, peaceful and serene. The interior and design is very nice and the fixtures, furniture and amenities were very fine and well made. I felt welcome here to make my work, relax and unwind. I am very thankful to be accepted into this space and home where I could decompress from my travels and be myself. The neighbors were friendly and it felt like a real nice community. There is a local park nearby where I could hand-wash my car and practice physical activity. I am lucky to have been able to stay at places like Kristine’s where it feels like a sanctuary from the transactional detachment of hotels. Thank You.

Excellent stay! Lots of thoughtful extras, easy to follow check in instructions were especially helpful as we got in very late the first night. Super clean, quiet, comfortable amenities and friendly, responsive hosts. Highly recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

Aric's place was everything we hoped it would be! We totally enjoyed our stay and there was even a plate of fresh baked cookies for us upon arrival (they were so good!!) I love that the proceeds go towards foster kids attending Jessup University as well! Thank you Aric and Rhona! What a lovely home you have, we would definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

We loved our stay here. The neighborhood was very quiet and lovely. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment had more than enough space for the two of us. We appreciate having the washing machine and clothes dryer. Would definitely come back!

First of all, the bed is unbelievably comfortable! The space is beautiful, clean, and roomy. I had everything I needed and the hosts were so helpful with all my questions. I was a little worried about not being able to control the air conditioner but they keep it at a very comfortable temperature of 75 which was perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful, and quiet. Had a great stay here

A lovely, well-situated accommodation. Historic Folsom is less than 10 minutes by foot and very easy to walk to. The hosts responded quickly and were helpful and thoughtful. I arrived late and they offered to leave inside lights on for me. Outside lights were automatic.

This place is absolutely lovely! My parents visited and stayed for a week, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to navigate by car. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, private, and comfortable, with its own entrance. Luis was warm and welcoming but also respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. I’d love to stay here again in the future!
