I had an excellent stay at Anthony and Gina’s place. They met me when I arrived and showed me the Airbnb along with all of its amenities. They were so kind and accommodating. The Airbnb was incredibly cozy and has a great open design to it. I would definitely return!

The location is so peaceful. Beautiful setting, and the only sounds were nature (there was a time- and vocally-challenged rooster nearby which served as a 3 AM wake up call but it eventually quieted down). We walked to coffee shops and restaurants as well as down to the American River. Great price and exactly as pictured.

We tried to come to Martin and Marcie’s place 5 years ago and couldn’t and now we finally managed it and it was all we expected it to be and more. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings and everything as described. The dogs came and said hello and stayed for a little while as well. Sad to go but a fitting finale to our trip to California. Elena’s place was wonderful. Incredibly well appointed and lovely. She has thought of anything a guest might want or need. We will absolutely be back when we come to visit friends in Sacramento.

The guesthouse was perfect for us. We also rented the main house, as we had 6 adults. The guesthouse has all the essentials - kitchenette with dining table, bathroom, and king size bed! The backyard is nice - my son was able to run around and play, which was a huge perk. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for our next Sacramento visit!

Suzanne is a wonderful host! She is so kind, attentive to the needs of her guests. I am touched by her caring spirit. The cottage will always hold a special place in my heart.

Suz was an incredible host, she was very responsive and was always thinking about our experience. I would without a doubt stay here again if I ever had the chance. The pictures posted do not do the view from the patio justice as well. Everyone that was staying at the house had a great time and the space was very inviting. The shower was one of the best I have ever used at an Airbnb. If you are even on the fence thinking about whether or not you should stay here, you don’t need to think twice. It has everything you can need in the kitchen and the common spaces are great. Thanks again for having such a great space Suzanne and hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was great, everything was exactly as described on the website. Getting into the house was extremely easy, and what a great place. High end touches everywhere! We loved it!!

Ivy was a welcoming, flexible, and communicative host. The place is simple but cozy and has all the basics covered. Spare toiletries and essential oil diffuser were a nice touch. It's also in a great location -- easy walk to downtown where we enjoyed live music on Friday night and delicious food. Most importantly, it was just a quick 10 minute drive from all the beautiful outdoor activities Auburn has to offer - climbing, hiking trails, and river swimming. Would totally come back!

Lauren was a great host and this little cottage was perfect for a quick weekend in Sacramento. We fell in love with the neighborhood (quiet, cozy, and gorgeous all around) and found the space charming a perfect for two! The boho decor coupled with the antique kitchen left us impressed with how well this space was used. We’ll definitely try to stay here again when we need to be back in town!

We had a wonderful time at Victors place! he was very accommodating to me, my husband, and my two pets. the place was cozy and had everything you would want. there is some street traffic noise, but its not too bad since the unit is far from the street. I really enjoyed the modern decor and how the backyard was fenced in for my animals. thank you for a wonderful stay!

Tina was an amazing host! We stayed here for a night with our dog as a stopover on our drive up to Bend. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer! The space was cute, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed!

This Airbnb guest house and our hosts were by far the best we’ve experienced to date. The room was exactly as listed and the views even better than we thought. It had everything we needed and then some. Desiree made us a glorious zucchini cake and brought us some delicious local fruit and fresh flowers. She and her husband were very responsive and at times would offer us extra amenities depending on where we were going. The room/bathroom was very clean. There was outside seating for the amazing views. Once you turn into the private properties to get to the house, a little bit of your drive will be on gravel. Not an issue. It seems remote but it’s close enough (about a ten minute drive) to the restaurants and main highways. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Desiree and Tom for a great stay!

Ian and Mila’s place was very peaceful. Their kitchen had everything we needed, even though the bed was practically in the same room as the TV, with the curtains around the bed, we were able to watch TV while our little boy slept with no problems. The bathroom was very clean and it was very nice to eat breakfast out on the patio in the morning. This Airbnb is separated from the main house by just a small walkway but we still felt like we had all the privacy we needed. Ian and Mila are very kind and accommodating people and Barkley, their dog, is both fun and sweet. All-in-all, we’d recommend this place to others and hope to come back again!

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

Absolutely loved Nicole’s place! It was a wonderful area with cute coffee shops and breakfast nearby. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

I had the pleasure of spending a week in this amazing space. The location is outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, trails, and history museums. Each day offered new opportunities to engage with the local vibes and natural beauty, while the nearby lake provided a serene setting to swim and meditate with my golden retriever. The home itself was immaculate and tastefully furnished, offering both comfort and charm. Mornings there were particularly special—spent reading beneath a sunny canopy of flowering trees, accompanied by the gentle sounds of birds. Was that a peacock? It was a truly tranquil and restorative experience. I am grateful for this thoughtful and well-maintained space. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a retreat near Lake Natoma/Folsom. :)

Very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed all the flowering bushes and trees. Just A few blocks from Trader Joe’s and restaurants,l. We really enjoyed walking in the historic East Sac area. Thanks again!

I can’t thank Russ enough for being so responsive and exceptionally nice, despite the late hour of our arrival (and a bit of confusion from my husband not reading the instructions completely). Despite that, Russ was patient and continued to offer his assistance. Though we did not use all of the amenities provided with the suite, it was nicely appointed and well thought out. Many common items one might need (ex: olive oil, plastic wrap, cotton swabs, and so much more) were thoughtfully provided. The bed was very comfortable, which made me even more grateful we had chosen to stay there instead of a hotel much further away. This was just such a great choice for us. The only potential issue could be parking, if returning late at night, as much of the street parking is taken by then. Russ is exceptional in his communication with guests; his instructions are clear and concise. Russ is, by far, the best host with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working. We would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay a lot! While the place looks nice in the photos, I must say it looked even better in person.

This was our 2nd stay at Gwen’s guesthouse. We loved the historical charm of the neighborhood and the private entrance. We appreciated the welcoming touches and generous snacks. Gwen’s place is clean, calming and conveniently located. (About 10 min from the Saturday morning mid-town farmers’ market. :) We slept really well in the comfortable king size bed and took advantage of the blackout curtains and the white noise device. We had an unexpected need arise during our stay and Gwen was responsive, understanding and so helpful. A top choice for staying in Sacramento!
