Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rockwell

Loved this sweet little home! The backyard was my favorite. We enjoyed using the grill while we were there and honeysuckle was blooming on the fence. It was peaceful and such a wonderful home to stay in. Would definitely stay again!

This was our third Airbnb/Vrbo rental in Hot Springs Village and our favorite so far. We come to HSV annually from TX for a couples golf tournament and I think this might be our first selection for future visits. Nothing real upscale or fancy about the house, but the price/value is excellent. Entry into the house was simple using the coded keypad. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, squeaky clean and all furniture is in very good condition and supplies are plentiful (lots of snacks, coffee pods, bottle of wine, even supplies to make your own smores). 3 flat screens TV's that were easy to hook up to streaming service on my smartphone. Both beds were comfortable. Lots of little night lights throughout the house which was a nice touch. Sitting in the screened porch area is very relaxing & peaceful with a great view of the plentiful trees. Robert was a great host providing lots of accurate information in the listing and was very responsive to messages I sent to him.

OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

The Tree House was a great place to stay. Mark was very responsive and helpful. The home was so cute, clean and had everything we needed. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 25 min drive and with that scenery who cares how long you are in the car anyway! I would only say if you want to bring a pet to reconsider. There really is nowhere outside to walk them to use the bathroom without getting covered in ticks and little cockabur balls. I spent alot of time combing hundreds of the cockaburs out of my Mini Schnauzer (And he is even short groomed) after every walk and pulling ticks off of me. But its the woods I guess so there's that. I just wasn't prepared for Arkansas tick problem this time of year. Overall I would definetly recommend Mark and Mary's quaint and adorably decorated home. Thank you for being a great host and providing a wonderful place to stay!

Our family of 6 had a great time at Julie's. The place was the right size, and we enjoyed the peaceful, smaller lake experience. If we return to the Hot Springs area, we will book this place again.

This was the best little gem around! Booked it several months in advance, and it exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, spacious, and great location. Would stay at this place again. Great hosts, and communication just added to the excellent experience.

We had such a nice stay at Karen’s home. The home is in a perfect location for exploring Hot Springs and the surrounding points of interest. Her home is a perfect mix of vintage/MCM charm and modern amenities—a very eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork that makes a guest feel right at home. Homemade cookies greeted us when we checked in (delicious!) and it was so nice to have coffee/water/snacks provided as well. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We spent our days exploring the historic sites as well as several “honey holes” that Karen recommended. We look forward to a return visit and staying at Karen’s home again soon. Fantastic host!

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. We only spent one night here, and it had everything we needed. The room is a part of a two-story building with other guest rooms. It was in a calm area right behind the main Hot Springs Strip, making it very walkable. Yes, it's small, but it's clean, minimal, modern, cute, and everything you need if you intend to go out and explore all day. You can also hear church bells faintly ringing from this place on quiet Sunday mornings. It was perfect.

The condo was very nicely decorated and new. View of lake was great. Ryan responded quickly when I was having trouble locating the correct condo( the email send with instructions on the day of arrival was sent to my spam) Ryan was very helpful as I was running late for a meeting and needed in the condo. It was extremely quiet at the complex. The complex itself is not maintained very well. At first it was concerning but once we were in the condo and settled everything was really nice. The condo was as described and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Really good especially for the price.

The house and surroundings were beautiful. The lake was so beautiful and it was literally in the back yard. There was lots of things to do in the village. The interior or the home is a little dated, but we spent most of our stay outdoors and doing things in the village.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s apartment in Hot Springs! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Scott was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right during my visit.

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

It seemed like it was a hundred miles from town because it was so peaceful, but town was a half mile away. The interior was amazing , it was decorated from a lot of different time frames. The tv and movie room was amazing. He had everything that anyone would need. Plenty of towels and the beds were great. If you have never been to Hot Springs Arkansas, this is the place to stay. We are already talking about returning this fall.

Peaceful and Tranquil. Billy and Char have an amaysing place to unplug and unwind from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend their beautiful place.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay! We had the pool all to ourselves. Balcony was beautiful and peaceful. My son and I didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful condo, right opposite to the lake! Perfect place for a couple. A home outside the home! There is lot of care that have been taken in remodeling it, loved the decor. (The stairs to get to the apartment can be little tricky if you have any disabilities)

Brittany’s place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were extra dog bowls for pets as well. The view from the window was so pretty. Brittany gave very clear directions and instructions on how to get there and how to get inside. She was very responsive and answered all questions I had. 10/10 would recommend!

The place is great. Everything was clean and as described. We used the pool and were able to hop on friend’s boat from the dock. Enjoyed the deck looking out to the lake and trees.

David’s place was wonderful! It met my expectations to the fullest, I will definitely return. It was so peaceful and exactly what I needed!

I would highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect weekend getaway. The location was very peaceful. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings for my devotional and in the afternoon as well. Amy was very helpful and always willing to help with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This is a wonderful location. We felt very safe and the people in the area were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our day very much my family wanted to stay indefinitely and just send for the dogs. We do plan on coming back. There was so much to see and do. Our day was very comfortable. The beds were very good. The stairway is a little steep for us old timers, but they did have a hand rail to hold onto. It was nice that it had its own dishwasher, clothes, washer, and dryer, we felt right at home.
