Places to stay in Texarkana

Great place to stay! However a few things are in need of replacement, such as the kitchen table chair that is not usable and the fridge water filter that says “replace filter”. I also found it odd that the owner uses the garage as a storage unit that they accessed during my stay, but there was no disturbance. Overall I would recommend and will stay here again.

Fantastic stay in the woods! I do recommend bringing bottled water, as the well water has a distinct smell and taste. We loved the fully stocked kitchen.

For sure a great stay, would book again without question!

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated relaxing and peaceful. Our host were very understanding when our flight got delayed. Will definately stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and the location was peaceful yet close to local attractions. We really enjoyed the backyard—it was spacious and scenic with a lovely stream running through it. However, we did notice that the backyard wasn’t fully fenced, which could be a concern for guests with children or pets. Also, the lighting in the backyard was quite dim at night; a bit more lighting would make the space safer and more usable in the evening. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return!

My husband and I along with our cat came to town for Thanksgiving, the house was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving Dinner and having family members come to us as it was a central location. Connie was so accommodating, friendly and helpful that made our stay easy and fun. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Texarkana to see family and friends!

The house was super cute and brought back childhood memories of the house I grew up in that was only about 11 blocks down from the rental. Only issue I had was there was practically no water pressure in the bathrooms and there were no washcloths with the towels. Otherwise I absolutely loved it! I would definitely stay there again! The hosts were super nice and responsive and the neighborhood was quiet and clean and so was the house. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody!

As traveling tournament bass fishing anglers, we are always looking for clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodations that will also easily allow us to park four to six trucks with boat trailers. Wendy’s “barndominium” fit the bill perfectly! The heated and cooled living quarters were comfortable, clean and fully accommodated our needs. In the large garage potion of the house, the pool table, foosball table and corn hole set kept us busy in the evenings. There is even a nice TV lounge area in the garage! The pool and pool area are also very nice. And of course, there was plenty of parking. If we ever travel back to Texarkana, this AirBnB would be at the top of our list and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with four or more people. Robert J.

Second time to stay here. Love the peacefulness, serenity, and security. Used the Merlin bird app while sitting on the porch and walking the trails and it identified a large number of different types of birds. Visited Daingerfield State Park, Caddo Lake State Park and Wildlife Refuge plus the Veteran’s Memorial and Eiffel Tower in Paris. All are easy drives from the house. After leaving, also visited Busy B Ranch Wildlife Park in Jefferson. Always enjoy driving the scenic back roads in the area. Looking forward to coming back.

They went above and beyond!! Even put a pack n play in my cabin for my 5 week old daughter.! Very communicative ! Responds very fast at all hours! The actual cabin was absolutely stunning ! I loved the theme and the decorations! There was even a Xbox hooked up so my kids could play! This set up was absolutely perfect! We made this trip very last minute, but yet the host made everything so easy for us. Especially not getting in till 2 am !! We visit family in that area time to time! I will definitely be a return costumer! Thank y’all for everything!
