“Cool space. It was nice having a whole (tiny) home to myself -- somehow it feels freer than just having a space attached to another house. You have your own little island. I also recommend checking out the nearby Root Cafe -- yum!”

It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
“Dero's place is even better than you imagine it will be - very well appointed and immaculate. It feels safe and also rooted in a local community. I was able to sink into a sweet little rocking chair on the porch in its small yard area and relax at the end of a long drive - exactly what I needed. If I didn't know better, I'd think the place was built yesterday and that I was its first ever guest, clean and new as it felt.”
Right off Interstate 40. Private studio apartment located 5 minutes from downtown Little Rock in the Historic Park Hill district. 10 minutes from the airport. Very cozy and private. Restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities nearby. Walking distance from 24-hour convenient store. You’ll love it because of the location. The apartment is completely separate from our home. We restored the apartment to give our family a place to stay when they come in town to visit.
“Easy self check-in. Great location-minutes/easy drive to North LR activities and downtown LR. Easy on/off access to expressways. Simple and quaint unit. Perfect for somewhere to sleep and relax for few hours during the day while not out and about.”
