Don't miss this GEM!!!! This home was so much more than what is presented...it totally exceeded our expectations and we can't say enough about it. The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully, yet comfortably. You felt very much at home. The view of the river made it so serene and peaceful, whether sitting inside looking out those beautiful big windows or being outside sitting on the deck, or the chairs in back of the house or on the adirondack chairs around the firepit. We were even surprised with a fire ready for us one evening. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal for Quad City activities. We highly recommend and are looking forward to returning!

Convenient location for stay purposes. House was perfect size for needs and was easy for an out of stater to find. Check in and out was easy and convenient as well. The hosts, Cody and Shannon, were both very accommodating and friendly. Will probably try to rent from this host again in the future!

Shelly was an excellent host! Super communicative and responsive. Our stay was clean, tidy, and well stashed with amenities. We were very close to Starved Rock (the whole point of our stay was hiking!), but also very close to the quaint 'downtown' in North Utica. We were able to easily take advantage of the grand opening of the Market on the Mill during our stay! Overall just a great place.
