“I’ve stayed here multiple times and I will continue to do so. Beth and Ruben are amazing people and the house is beautiful! Everything was clean and charming. I waited last minute to book and there was already someone planing on staying during that time. I messaged them to see if they could keep me in the loop if the room opened up and they were kind enough to reach out when it did. They are super responsive and friendly. They even let me check in early! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great space at a great price.”

“I think this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. Carrie’s home was sparkling clean (and that’s saying a lot — my husband is pretty meticulous)—even the corners were free of dust. There were so many thoughtful touches for travelers — the hooks on the door, clothes hangers, luggage rack, first aid kit, coffee maker, etc. The decor style in this home was beautiful. Everything was so nicely coordinated, and the sheets and towels were soft, new, and high quality. The bathrooms were beautifully updated and the kitchen had all the amenities. The room with the television was stunning — what a neat space to gather. The hosts also kindly set up the front room for our daughters. Everyone had their own space and was cozy and comfortable. You could tell the hosts spent a lot of time ensuring the home was top notch. We ran the Rockford Turkey Trot and really appreciated being so close to the entrance (love Atwood!). Carrie was so communicative, quick to respond, and gave helpful tips on the area. She was a model Airbnb host. Five stars without a doubt!”
Adorable cozy home perfect for any little family get away. Wonderful place for any couple or family with children. Backyard space with patio and playground. Minutes from downtown restaurants, Nicholas Conservatory, Sinnissippi Gardens, and Anderson Japanese Gardens! Our charming home is historically old so please make note that it has narrow halls, stairwells, and such. Keurig for coffee.
“Great time staying here! The house is an older home with that “city house” feel and they have done a beautiful job of updating the inside and decorating it as well. It was very convenient for our trip and we were happily surprised to find so much stocked in the closets and kitchen. It was wonderful! Neighborhood was quiet for the most part. It is street parking so we had to maneuver through the cold/ice outside- not a negative but something to be aware of if you have any physical limitations ((or a crazy toddler like us lol 😂)). Another side note: due to the age of the house there are typically “house noises”. Our daughter is a light sleeper so we had to make sure once she went to bed we weren’t up walking around due to some floor/door squeaks. We were welcomed by cookies and water and a little binder full of information about the area and the house rules/entertainment center. The back yard is fenced and they had the patio set up for a little fire pit and chairs. If we had more time we would have enjoyed that as well. We also packed a baby gate which worked out great for the stairs while we were there. Overall very happy with everything and no issues whatsoever.”
