Vacation rentals with a pool in Rockford

Jane responded fast to text messages. very kind, offered to tell about restaurants and local entertainment. I had an issue with the door ( operator error ) called Jane and she called me back to see if i was able to fix the issue, which was a simple fix. I will definitely make sure I reserve there again when I go back into town if available.

6 of us stayed for a girls weekend away. The pool was amazing! The yard is so great to hang out in. Lots of space everywhere. We will be back for sure.

We had an absolutely perfect Labor Day weekend at this incredible house! The place was spotless, and the pool was a hit with everyone—especially with all the fun toys provided. The property is clearly well-maintained, and the attention to detail shows. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. This home is perfect for friends, family, and kids. We will definitely be booking another stay. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful inside and out, Mack and Sam were great at communicating. The beds were comfortable, and spacious. We like how everything was set up. Great hosts they had a yummy wine bottle for us when we arrived. We would definitely stay there again and we recommend it 100%

Wow, wow, wow!! Nestled in a quaint, quiet neighborhood in Rockford ,this awesome, spacious gem of a home had all we hoped for our little family reunion. The grounds, home and pool were immaculate! We all slept like babies in the cozy beds, we had everything we needed in the kitchen as we decided to eat all our meals at home and the ammenities were quite popular! We had our two grandsons with us. It was such a delight watching their eyes light up over the super hero themed bedrooms, the free arcade, the movie theater and the fabulous heated pool. Philip was an awesome host. He was so thoughtful, and kind and anwered all our questions. We would definately rent this fabulous home again. Thank you Philip for helping make our stay memorable. We had a fantastic weekend stay at this beautiful home! We were traveling with an infant, a child, and two dogs, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The home was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in. The arcade room and swimming pool were major highlights—great for entertaining the kids—and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. The house was well-stocked, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun, relaxing, and pet-friendly getaway!

Great spot! The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Mandy’s detailed directions and instructions made checking in a breeze. Our group of four had a fantastic time.

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

Beautiful spacious condo on the harbor. Everything provided. Beds were comfortable . Pricey, but a nice getaway close to Chicago. Kristy answered right away when called or texted with questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely! One caveat…there is a pod coffeemaker, but no coffee is provided. We didn’t bring any coffee, as most air b and b’s provide it in our experience, so bring some if you are a coffee drinker…just FYI.

Everything was great.

This place was absolutely perfect for a wedding in the area. It’s close to the action and the breakfast at Abbey Springs was delicious. Beds are comfy, couches are even comfier, and the screened porch allowed for peaceful vibes on an early fall weekend. Nancy and Fred’s accommodations were perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been using AirBnB for many years, and our experience with Vida’s Villa 33B is hands down probably the best we have ever experienced. She is very responsive and helped us get an extra hair dryer. The unit looks newly remodeled, and had many thoughtful amenities, from tea and K-cups to a clothes steamer and hair curling iron. We were there for a family wedding from a few states away, and I’m a little sad we probably won’t have a reason to visit again. I highly recommend Vida’s Villa B if you are visiting the Abbey Resort.

Great location with incredible views. The sunset over the lake with Yerkes Observatory in the distance was outstanding. We'll definitely be back!
