Vacation rentals with a pool in Riverside, Austin

The house was perfect. Beautiful on the inside and perfect for hosting a bunch of people. Clean when we got there and the shower pressure was perfect. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the cornhole was a nice touch as well. Aimy was very responsive as well. I do not think I waited more than 5 minutes for a response throughout all hours of the day. Overall, it was an amazing stay and if I’m back in Austin I will be staying here again!

We were in town for a graduation & although 2 of our kids live in the area, it was great to have "our own" place for everyone to hang out between events. The pool was a big hit as well. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend stay!

The homes are well furnished with a cool aesthetic that leans more streamlined and modern. The kitchens are outfitted with quality supplies - nice weight on the pots and pans and plenty of them. Didn’t have to buy one thing related to the kitchen/bathrooms. The bedding/beds are lovely. The living spaces are a little smallish for the number of bedrooms, but love the huge dining tables with room for all. Great for family games AC worked well especially given the heatwave. Water temperature and pressure was GREAT There are a few small holes from repair/replace that aren’t fully finished and the security fence is like 8ft tall and creates a bit of a maze - neither of these would prevent me from renting again.

This was a perfect place for me and my family to stay. The Host is very helpful and responsive about any questions. Had a great time! Will definitely stay again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Jesse’s place. The hilltop view was gorgeous. We enjoyed time at the pool, and the walk to the lake made a nice morning or afternoon stroll! The beds were super comfortable, and we cooked using the outside stovetop. It was a great getaway and in a safe neighborhood! Would definitely go again!

Everything was perfect. Great place to entertain a few friends. Super nice outdoor space. The casita was a special feature that we ended up needing after-all. Overall this place was perfect for what we wanted to do and was a nice sanctuary for when the day was over.

Carlos and Sarah’s listing was magnificent! The hospitality was great and the house gives that perfect family atmosphere. Far enough from the city where there isn’t too much traffic but close enough to make last minute plans in downtown!

This home was perfect for our family of 10 adults and one child! My siblings and our families all came into to town from Phoenix and Houston to watch our neice play at the Texas Shootout Showcase. The house was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a great add on, and Anthony was a great host. The only thing I would warn about is that all bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have anyone with a disability in your group, this would be the only reason to consider not booking it.

Lovely stay, really appreciate the help getting around the amenities. They do have really helpful pamphlets around with great information towards the stay. The instructions are clear and the views are amazing!

The place was amazing love the view. Host was very helpful, friendly and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Austin area.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

Amazing Airbnb!!! This unit has the perfect view of downtown from the balcony and was very comfortable to stay in. Another major pro was the easy street parking (very affordable) and the hosts who were extremely responsive. Will be back!

Enjoyed my stay at Wendy’s place. The property matched the pictures and provided a good balcony view to catch the sunrise and sunset.

This place was a gem! There’s deer on morning and evening walks, waterfalls, peaceful and beautiful views and loved the pool! Zach was a great host. The coffee maker got clogged so he had a new one delivered to the door within hours. Great place- would stay again!

A perfect place to stay in Austin! Rooftop pool, spacious apartment, great view, cozy bed—I highly recommend. It's more of a hotel than an AirBnb, but if you're wanting to be close to downtown, there's really no better choice.

My best friend and I had a great stay at Allison’s beautiful Airbnb. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The space is exactly like the photos! Allison was also very communicative throughout our entire stay and helped us sort through check-in/out timing and questions we had about the space. Allison was very accommodating which we appreciated. One thing to be mindful of is that if you are a light sleeper, there are neighbourhood dogs that bark early in the morning. Otherwise, the place is really nice and comfortable! Thank you, Allison!

This is my second time staying here and it only gets better! I can’t recommend Burnett’s place enough for a relaxing home with amazing amenities.

We had a variety of ages for family members staying for our daughter's college graduation. The house was well-appointed, and perfect for our multi-generational needs. I cooked 4 large meals in the beautiful kitchen...but happened to forget a lot of the cooking and serving-ware I planned to use. Shanna's place ended up having everything I needed! (And the two dishwashers were clutch!) My in-laws commented numerous times that the layout was incredible, and we're discussing coming back for gatherings more often. This place is great for families! Loved our experience.

Angelita's place is a hidden jem. She was communicative from our first message and provided recommendations for what to do/see in the area. She was an amazing host. The house was pristine, very comfortable and as pictured. Thank you Angelita!

We had a wonderful time at Chris and Vanessa's place. During peak hours, many spring goers parked along the street in front of the house, which occasionally made finding a parking spot challenging, but this was a minor inconvenience that didn't detract from our overall experience. The only small issue we encountered was running out of trash bags, though I'm confident the hosts would have promptly addressed this if we had reached out to them. The kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool and playing on the pinball machine, and we were consistently amazed by the stunning view from the living room. We would definitely return without hesitation.

This was a perfect weekend retreat for my family to enjoy one another. The pool and outdoor space were perfect outdoor spaces. We also enjoyed the French bakery located just at the gate of the entrance, so delicious!! Sue was a very friendly and kind host. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!
