Definitely one of our top airbnb stays! Super clean and very nice area. We loved staying there and said if we come to Albuquerque again we will be staying at the home again for sure. Super clean, safe neighborhood, and the host Mrs. Tina was so kind to us, she helped us out to allow us a favor early before check in time.

quiet neighborhood, comfortable and clean. wifi was working so we couldn't watch television but other than that, I would recommend the stay.

Melissa is an amazing host. She provided great information, both before we got to the house and in the house. She was always available to provide recommendations and answer questions. The location is great - walking distance to both downtown and old town. Very safe, quiet area. We had 2 couples in the house. The layout provided plenty of privacy. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are adjoining which would also be nice with small children. The patio is very nice. It's shaded with solar lights so it's comfortable sitting outside any time day or night. Her house is very pet friendly. She has toys welcoming either dogs or cats, and also had treats for either. We felt very welcomed with our dog. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great stay in a very convenient location! 15min minutes from Old Town, yet located in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The place was easy to find and the host provided clear instructions. Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and organized.

Our stay was nice and quiet. The house was perfect for a family over night during our travels. So many family games the kids were very happy and occupied :)

This is a great home for a group. The bedrooms are comfortable and the common space is nice and relaxing. Great parking and nice location. House has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable.

Billy's place was as described. Very easy instructions for entry and check out. All needed amenities were there and even extras. Accessible to freeway and good location for everywhere we wanted to go. The game room set up was a special enjoyment for my grandsons. Beds very comfortable, decor was eclectic and fun!! We very much enjoyed our stay!

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. Jimmy has put so much thought into making sure you have everything you need to not only feel comfortable, but truly cared for. From complimentary waters and snacks to provided coffee, laundry detergent, an amazingly well stocked kitchen...this place and this host are THE BEST! Lots of restaurants and UNM campus within a short walking distance.

Courtney was quick to respond and very helpful with questions and recommendations on places to visit. Her home is a nice little place for a quick visit. It feels cozy and as if you are right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt pretty safe here. Would stay here again!

I worked remotely out of this unit for a month and it was a great home base for my first trip to Albuquerque! The city is very drivable and nothing was more than 20 minutes away. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and parking was never an issue. The unit itself is pretty spacious and has all the amenities you’d need for a short or long stay.

Great little gem, especially when attending an event at balloon fiesta park. For some reason, Apple Maps took us to a different location at first. After a little searching, we were able to find it and then everything was great! Perfect for our date weekend getaway! Henry was super accommodating as well. We needed a different check in time and it wasn’t a problem at all.

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

It is very cozy, a graet place to be away from home. We liked our stay at Derrick's place. We would recommend it and get back when staying in town.

Doug was an extraordinary host. Very responsive, accommodating and respectful. The unit was exactly as described, very clean. The area itself was nice and close to downtown. The experience with Doug made for a very relaxing vacation. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!!
