Albuquerque at its best. North Valley. Large adobe 1 bd/1 ba (1,100sq ft) private, casita guesthouse (sleeps 4). Relax under the shade of the cottonwoods. Large 1 ac property, tucked away from the city, but still centrally located. One of ABQ's safest neighborhoods. Adjacent to the "acequia" canals with miles of nature walking trails. Pool is perfect for summer. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurant, book store, & Nature Center State Park. Close to Old Town, Downtown, UNM, & Balloons.

Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

This cozy home is centrally located in a safe, peaceful, quiet neighborhood with its own private entrance, balcony & living space. Great spot to get away and relax in the jetted tub or on the deck. Great location if you are working here, visiting, or passing through Albuquerque. It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Shopping, restaurants, medical, golf coarse.

We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.

You’ll love the Casita because of the neighborhood, it’s seclusion, the size, the quiet, the coziness. The Hideaway is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Our old dog Hopi will greet you! Pets are limited to 3, with a $20.00 fee. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended for a long time please, advise us.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Comfortable and Cozy! In a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just minutes from I-40 off and on if traveling thru! If visiting just minuets to Old Town, Sawmill Market, Albuquerque Museums, NM Museum of Natural History, Rio Grande Zoo Bio-Park, Downtown Albuquerque and so many more great places to explore and great New Mexico restaurants to eat at. Also close to river for walking or biking trails..
