Nice home with plenty of living space. Clean, organized and easy to check in/out of.

I rented the house so our family could be together to celebrate our grandson’s graduation. Everyone loved the house and all the activities! No one was ready to go home! There was so much to do!

The house was so cute and had plenty of room for me and all my bridesmaids! We had so much fun in the hot tub and using the provided equipment to play in the lake!

Christy is an excellent host and always does a good job of responding to messages. The place is beautiful and well kept. It is excellent for a quiet family get away. The location allows for paddle boarding, kyaking and good fishing off the dock. It is located in a quiet cove for relaxtion and a great place to get away.

The house was great as advertised. The only downside was the private boat launch is only for small boats and tow vehicles. I have a 22’ boat and full size F-350 and had to Austin Powers it to get through the gate to back down the ramp.

Sherry’s place was very cozy and well-maintained. It was more than enough space for the 5 of us for our girls’ weekend and had everything we needed for cooking, comfort, and relaxation. The outside sitting area was right on the water and a nice place to sip coffee in the morning, and the kitchen table was perfect for us to play games and eat in the evening. Downtown Granbury was fun to explore and there happened to be some kind of festival going on. Finally, Sherry was so responsive to all of our messages and all instructions for check in/out were clear. I’d highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location to say the least. We loved the river in the backyard with the amazing views and sunsets. I would come back to cruise around the river in their pontoon boat or rent jet skis. House was very spacious and huge family kitchen. I wished we had booked more days. Master bedroom had a reading room with door to the backyard. Loved it.

Loved staying here! Her place was nice, clean and everything we could have wanted in an Airbnb! If I’m back in town I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great place. Wonderful location withing walking distance to a really great restaurant and pizza place next door. Brandon was easy to reach and communicated quickly when we needed something. Condo had every amenity we needed while staying there. Will definitely look to booking this place next time we're headed to PK.

Mara was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay! Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to work but Mara helped us through it and we will be booking again if we come back to the area!!

Our family had a great couple of days at Scott’s place. The kids loved floating in the cove by the dock & relaxing in the hot tub. Beds were all comfy, the master shower was wonderful! We are cook-at-the-house people and the kitchen was well appointed with pots/pans/knives/etc. BYO condiments etc with your groceries (HEB & Kroger are not far). We made some great memories and would love to go back again! (Also, I recommend the local public beach and Big Rocks Park in Glen Rose - SO FUN & free. And both have loaner life jackets for kiddos if you need).

We enjoyed fishing and visiting on the patio. A nice place for the family. Plenty of space and comfortable sleeping.

Charming home with ample amenities. Definitely worth the price! Sitting on the dock was peaceful, and the view from the main living space was awesome! An easy drive to restaurants and the historic town square. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Be sure to bring your fishing poles and lawn chairs for fishing off the dock! We will definitely visit again!!!

Awesome getaway spot. My family loved the tree house. Peaceful environment, great fishing and the views were amazing. John was very open with communication and did a great job making sure we felt right at home. Definitely somewhere we can check for on our next trip to Rocker B Ranch. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Property is beautifully landscaped with plenty of shade, multiple decks, water access, expansive covered porch, lots of seating, table for outdoor dining /cooking, fireplace & screened porch. Interior very well appointed with upper end appliances and all of the normal kitchen tools/pots/cutlery. Bedrooms provided nice furniture & very comfortable beds. Bathrooms excellently cleaned. So many thoughtful items for their guests that I haven't seen anywhere else for children & adult enjoyment, even a frozen pie and banana bread in the freezer for you! During our stay, we requested a small adjustment for the comfort of a pregnant person & the host was there in 15 -20 minutes graciously providing the accommodation. The owners also came out a second time, in 15-20 minutes, when I reached out for information . There is a binder with thorough instructions for the home, local information & checkout procedure. A great house with truly excellent hosts!!

The property and hosts were great. The accommodations were prefect for our family get away! Not a bad drive from DFW/Brownwood where families live. There was only one minor detail the couch in description sounds suitable for sleeping. We luckily had 2 people back out so property was comfortable for 11 but do not recommend for 13 people. Definitely would visit again! Thank you!
