The place was in a great location. Everything was spotless and Vasily was very responsive. The only gripe was that the hot tub was outside the house and with the possibility of bears, we weren't able to use it at night. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Kings Beach and the Lake Tahoe area.

Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood only a short drive from downtown Truckee and Lake Donner. Incredibly dog friendly and packed with amenities from a hot tub to a corn hole set. Will definitely be staying again!

I can honestly say, this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever had the opportunity to stay at! I was initially on the fence about booking and reached out to the very responsive owners. We decided to book and I could not be happier. We rented this lovely home over Memorial Day weekend for a volleyball tournament we had in town. It was about 20 minutes away, but very easy to navigate. There are tons of restaurants and nearby shopping within minutes. The home itself is immaculately, clean and unbelievably comfortable . Right when we walked in, there was a few board games and a little play kitchen and my daughter (who is 6) just loved it!!! The outdoor space of the home is magical. It is so comfortable and truly beautiful. We spent so much time in the backyard as a family and it was really amazing. Definitely underestimated how much I would adore the massage chair here! So refreshing after sitting on bleachers all day! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property!

We, a couple with 2 pups, had a relaxing trip to Kings Beach in Tahoe. Donna and Toby’s cabin had everything (and more) you’d need. In fact, until now, I’d never stayed in a rental that was as well stocked as this home. There were zip lock bags, foil, oil, coffee, I could go on but you get the idea. Restaurants within walking distance to home base. We ordered take away meals and enjoyed them in the cabin since the weather was too cold to sit outside with our dogs. In fact, it snowed our first night which was magical and beautiful to wake up to the next morning. Appreciated the fenced yard for the dogs to sniff around. The beach and walking path was a quick few minutes walk away. Sweet little cabin. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

Ideal location for a family ski trip. Parked in heated garage and didn’t have to get in the car until it was time to leave. Spacious and fully stocked. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

We had a great time at Anastasiya’s home. It was very clean and felt comfortable for our large group. The large couch, big island, and backyard made it a great home for gathering with friends and family. On top of that, Anastasiya was very helpful and responsive.

The perfect retreat nestled in a woodsy, peaceful area right by the Northstar Village. The place was stocked with plenty of towels (the makeup towels were much appreciated!) and linens. The hot tub, arcade machine, and massage chair were great bonuses. Kevin & Jennifer were communicative and responsive leading up to our stay and all throughout. We encountered a slight issue with the check-in code and some of the lights weren't working when we arrived, but Kevin & Jennifer reset the code quickly and immediately sent over extra lightbulbs. They also put together a beautifully designed Canva for guests with house instructions and local recommendations, a Spotify playlist that we rocked the entire time, and left some homemade cookie dough in the freezer for our stay! A+ hosts and we hope to be back in the future.

Ideal home for family with kids! Great location, lots of amenities as well as fun kid spaces. We were there in winter. Shuttle picks you up at door step and drops you back at door step after skiing!Everything was well equipted and made the stay quite comfortable for all!

We stayed in this cabin for 3 days and it was exactly what we needed—quiet, cozy, and surrounded by nature. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. It was the perfect place to relax and unplug. Walkable to the lake and only few minutes drive to Kings beach, Safeway and other key places nearby. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful escape.

Newly updated cozy place in Tahoe. It has a fence backyard which kids can play snow safely. Has a standing desk with monitor for working ( a big plus). Kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities we need. The the space is big enough to fit our family of four but still cozy( not unnecessarily big )

A true gem in Lake Tahoe! A beautifully serene landscape in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Super close to the lake and river which was incredible for our family! We appreciated the great communication from Clark and the cleanliness of the home. Very thoughtful suggestions and instructions throughout the home. It was perfect for our family of 5. The wife, dog , and I had a great time! The place was perfect for the dog and was close to restaurants and trails. Would highly recommend staying here and if I ever come back would book again. Thanks to the host for being very proactive and to make sure are stay was going well!

Chris was an excellent host! He accommodated our needs, was quick to respond to any questions, and made us feel welcome. The house was thoroughly cleaned and everything was neatly placed when we arrived (with no shortage of cozy blankets and towels!). The living room was very comfy for movies, and we loved the backyard - both the hot tub and the fence that gave our doggo the freedom to roam safely. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

Marci’s place was great for our first time to North Lake Tahoe. It was just my husband and I plus our french bulldog. The home was roomy and great for my pup to access the yard easily. The jacuzzi was such a great way for me to unwind as I worked remotely most of the week. Kitchen and living space was great for our needs. The master bedroom was a good size but the bed is really high, very firm and really squeaky. I preferred the kids bed in the smaller room haha. The location is good but is on an inclined street. Not a bad walk to the local beach but you will have to cross the main street with fast traffic. I didn’t attempt to use the kayak cart as it would’ve been hard for me. All in all it was a good place for our trip.

This country cottage is centrally located in a peaceful location at the end of a private road. With access to the wine and ale trail as well as the venue for concerts and a farmers market down the road, there was lots to do. We loved the creek and welcoming touches the hosts provided and appreciated their friendly and prompt communication as well as accommodating an earlier check in for us. Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!
