My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

Perfect little place for a couple! I only wish we could have stayed another night and enjoyed the magical courtyard. Would definitely stay again.

The studio is very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Edmund's place was clean, comfortable, and well-equiped with what we needed (iron, soap, and extra pillows.) The location was excellent- we walked to several local restaurants and bars, and street parking was always easy to find when we needed to drive. Edmund was an excellent communicator- we always received a speedy response to inquiries and check-in instructions.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s home in Clearwater! The house: - spotless & cozy - comfy beds - plenty of towels—including beach towels - kitchen had everything (minus pizza cutter) The pool was clean and well-maintained—it was fun and convenient for our family, and our kids had a blast. We loved that there are floaties and pool toys available. It was such a bonus to have beach gear available, like toys, cooler, chairs & umbrellas—no wagon but not a big deal. Washer and dryer on-site was also a huge convenience. The home had baby items that made it very convenient, like an umbrella stroller, highchair and pack 'n play. I would reccomend buying paper plates, and kids cups to use. The location was great too—just a short drive to Clearwater Beach and other beautiful nearby spots. Ashley was a fantastic host always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place.

This place had it all! It's 10 mins from Indian Rocks, 18mins from John's Pass and Madiera Beach, and approx 30 mins from St Pete Beach. Downtown St Petersburg is just a short drive away as well. The bed in the Master was AMAZING. We have a temperpedic(spell check) at home and had no complaints with their bed at all!! This place was better than described. They have a cooler, umbrellas and chairs. if you want to lay out on the beach, then you'll need to bring your own beach chair. The layout of the house was beautiful with wood floors, clean modern kitchen and the various sitting areas. The fire pit and Salt water pool and grill were some of our highlights as well. The host was very responsive, helpful and caring. 10/10 definitely recommend this place!!! NO COMPLAINTS

This was the cleanest place I have stayed. I had no issues.

We really enjoyed our spring break vacation. The quiet neighborhood was a plus...we like to be out doing things and then come home to relax a night. The ease of getting to the beach was great...we went numerous times at different times of day. The sunset and evening activities at Pier 60 was amazing!

The home was wonderful! We traveled to St. Petersburg for a college graduation and it was an easy drive to the campus. Conveniently located close to a number of restaurants 5 minutes away. The pool and living room offered a pleasant break after long days and the kitchen was perfect for family meals. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Thank you. Andrew!

Joe was a great host, super communicative and available. His place was sparkling clean and close to everything I needed to do while there. Loved having the washer and dry and appreciated all the goodies he left throughout the house. I would absolutely stay again if I return the area. Thank you for everything!

Chris‘s Airbnb was excellent. He was a great host and the view was everything we had hoped for. It was a very comfortable condo with a nice bed and the amenities which included the pool bar made it very fun also. It was a great location and we would definitely go back.

Beautiful location, a very clean complex the apartment itself was in great shape and provided of all the amenities. The host was very welcoming and a great communicator. The pool area and Tiki bar were a big hit. Great food and drinks. We loved that they served breakfast, which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a little getaway here at Kelley’s place, and it was some of the best vacation days we’ve had together. This place was great for just two of us, and the space was clean and had everything you needed. The beach was a 30 second walk away and that was the selling point for us. It was extremely easy to have a beach day. The area is awesome, a lot to do and see. We have definitely discussed booking this place again in the future because it’s exactly what you need!

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

This unit was a beautiful and quiet place to stay. Albert was attentive to what we needed. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.
