Villa vacation rentals in Pinellas County

This was a perfect fit for me. I was attending a conference for a couple of days and needed something small and close to Stetson Law - Amanda was very responsive, very clear about how to access the space, and genuinely cared about my ability to get there safe and leave without any issues.

Great location 2 minutes from Walmart & not far from the beach. We had a problem with the fridge not working and he had a new one delivered and paid us back for a cooler and ice. Friendly & honest! We would book again

We chose this location to spend the holidays with family. When we entered the house there was a christmas tree and christmas music playing which was such a thoughtful touch. The home was very cozy and was in a perfect location. It is a short walk to restaurants and downtown safety harbor.

We were in town for a family wedding and were looking for convenient, comfortable, affordable accommodations. The Mint House fit the bill! Daniel reached out to make sure we were settling in, and to see if we needed anything. The unit was very neat, clean, and had the amenities that make you feel like you are at home away from home. And there were also thoughtful little touches - like snacks on the dining table and little makeup towelettes in the bathroom - that tell me the host is willing to go the extra mile for his guests. 100% would recommend! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

Stayed for 1 month in Jan '25. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Everything in kitchen and bathroom and wifi worked as advertised. The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet including at night. Alicia, the host, was responsive and helpful when needed. The apartment does not have a lot of light, no windows in the kitchen, and the bedroom window is covered by the beds headboard. The kitchen table and office 'desk' feel child-size and too small for regular people.

No details overlooked - a family paradise! Our hosts were very helpful and the entire stay was wonderful - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable week at Palm Oasis. The home offers a very clean and nicely appointed open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard pool area is wonderful … beautifully landscaped with comfortable lounge chairs and a very nice heated pool. The home’s TV set-up offers a wide variety of viewing options and is easy to navigate. The hosts are quite responsive and offer a full coffee service complete with delicious ground coffee from a local source. The hosts provide a detailed Guide Book with house instructions along with a long list of dining recommendations throughout the surrounding area. (One not mentioned but certainly worth trying for dinner is Daily News Restaurant on Fort Harrison Avenue in Clearwater.) Overall, a Five Star experience at Palm Oasis!

Vildana is a fabulous host. She allowed us to check in an hour early, and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We had a great time at her place.

Beautiful! Better than the pictures. Everyone loved the home! I traveled with my parents (late 60s) and children (9 and 4). The home is so nice that if you have to stay behind, you still feel the vacation vibe. Hosts are great and responsive. Will return

We were a group of 13 women and had an awesome week! This place has lots of space and everything you need…for the indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time around the pool, which is in great shape and well maintained and we also drove to the beach several times (lots of beach chairs, towels, sun umbrellas, coolers etc and a wagon to transport everything in!). The house is very conveniently located if you want to go into Tampa (or take the Cross Bay ferry over to a Tampa Bay Lightning game…which we did!). We had a few issues when we first arrived but Colburn was very quick to respond and all was resolved in a very timely manner. We are planning to come back again next year!

Great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Camille was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Townhouse was exactly as described.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Biljana’s home! The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The entire house was spotless on our arrival. Everything inside is totally upgraded and has beautiful finishes. The floors are gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the fact the house was stocked with toiletries (shampoo, body wash, dish soap, paper towels) etc. and the fact they have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even a cooler for you to use. They truly let you into their home with open arms and allow you to access all their things. The heated saltwater pool was warm at 80 degrees and clean. The pool vacuum is awesome and clears all the debris in just an hour or so. Biljana and her husband respond to all your needs very quickly and are so friendly! Only thing I may recommend is updating some outdoor pool furniture such as the patio table and chairs. Would 100% stay here in the future!

This was a great place to start our vacation. We were all impressed by the decor and very comfortable from the get go. Our kids loved the pool and we easily spent an afternoon in the backyard enjoying the scenery and bird song. The pizza oven was also a highlight of our Friday night. Our hosts were great. Very welcoming before we arrived and were quick to respond to an issue we ran into that we were able to solve very quickly. We'd love to come back again in the future and highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting!

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.
