Anne and Chad are fantastic hosts. The B&B is an awesome place with so much history and charm. Its spacious rooms and large backyard offer all the opportunities you could want. The kitchen was completely stocked with all necessary items and the prepared food that was waiting for us was delicious and generous. A perfect place for families with all ages. And no better places for family dogs.

We were in the area for a work trip and Jesse’s place was perfect for our needs. Great location and everything we needed. He was also able to assist us when our travel plans changed slightly. Would stay here again if we’re in the area.

The home was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. It had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for access to Black Moshannon and Quehanna Wilds and countless other outdoor activities. Would recommend a stay.

Great location close to the lake and great hiking. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife passed through in the morning

Great place to stay. Close to campus but yet far enough away that it felt like home. Host was great. Even stopped over during our dinner party to introduce herself and make sure we had everything we needed and make sure we knew how to contact her. Overall a great place! If our daughter wasn't graduating we'd book there again!

Nana’s place is a diamond !! We felt at home and the host is the nicest !! She left a robust welcome binder with everything you needed to know with the menus for restaurants. Nanas place is so close to the wedding venue (which is why we came) literally 8 min away !! . Loved our stay and love the host

My daughter and I absolutely love this place! This was our second time staying with Bonnie and Jeff, and it definitely did not disappoint! They are wonderful hosts, warm and inviting, and the house is very cozy . I sincerely hope we are able to make our way back to State College so that we are able to book again!!! Booked a three month stay at this property and it was amazing! Very clean. Host was excellent with communication and so helpful when we ran into some personal issues during the stay.

Jennifer is a very kind and responsive host. The apartment is very charming, clean, and suited our needs well. I would certainly recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Marie Maison, a ground level apartment with every possible amenity, was perfect in every way. Marie carefully designed, furnished, and stocked it with every detail because she herself planned to live in the apartment at some future point in time. The lovely patio with swing, table, chairs plus Adirondack chair overlooked the pond and grounds. This was absolutely favorite spot to hang out. I wished I could have stayed longer. Marie was very welcoming and helpful.

I had a great stay at Margaret’s place. It felt very homily and was exactly what I needed. I have to say that Margaret is one of the most responsive and hospitable hosts I’ve come across. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo for an entire month, and I'm so glad I did - I really enjoyed my stay! It has lots of space, it's beautifully decorated, and it had everything I needed. I really couldn't have asked for more. I took full advantage of the condo amenities, including the gym, the pool, the spa, and the sauna, and it was all included! It's so amazingly peaceful there, and my dogs loved it too. I'll miss walking my dogs around the beautiful property with the occasional detour to explore the woods. Jacinda was so kind and helped me work through an Airbnb booking issue. She even stayed late at work just to ensure I got into the property! She really went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful. This is a great place to stay!

Wonderful condo that perfectly met our needs! Description was accurate and they had way more extras than anticipated (coffee pods, sugar, toilet paper, etc.). Truly appreciate the great accommodations and very specific information about the location. Others in our group stayed in the same condos and it took us forever to find it with them!

This spotless upstairs apartment was perfect for me while visiting friends nearby: a soft bed, nice bathroom with thick towels, and full kitchen made for a great home base. Very easy drive to Huntingdon, as well! I ended up needing to reschedule my stay and was thrilled how quickly Sarah put that into action. It's always cool to see a host has put together everything you might need in a pinch like spare hygeine items, too.

Great deal, comfortable beds, had everything I needed had issues with the toilet and got fixed right. Great hosts and will take care of you if something happens with the Airbnb.

As always, another wonderful stay at Roxanne’s and Doug’s. We could smell how fresh the inside was outside the door. Leroy even said commented on how good it was as we were standing on the private deck. The gas grill was so pristine it looked brand new. We couldn’t wait to cook on it. Roxanne recommended things to do on the rainy days. Places we didn’t know existed out there. We stayed two weeks this year and the cost was right in our budget. You really can’t find a nicer place to stay in such proximity to Seven Points. Already counting down the days until next year…364. Thank you once again for everything.

My wife and I stayed at Irina's place for a month and really enjoyed it. The room was super comfortable, and Dan was always kind and helpful. He even brought us water and let us borrow bicycles. There was a short power outage at the end, but it became a fun memory. The only thing to note is that it’s better to have a car, since there’s no public transport to State College. Overall, a great stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a lovely river. Thanks so much, Irina and Dan!

The place was so perfectly peaceful and welcoming. Myself and my fiancé had such an amazing experience for the week we stayed. We will return again just to soak up the serenity.
