Nice location just off the strip but really short walk to Gold Coast, and Rio. Spacious accommodation, ground floor unit, right by the main pool. Even though it was downstairs and next to a common area, you didn't hear anything going on outside unless you opened the door. Will stay again.

Sherman was an excellent host, very attentive and readily available. We had a wonderful stay. the grounds were beautiful. Definitely keeping the info to book another stay again soon.

We had a great getaway at the condo! The pool area was perfect for relaxing and our kids didn’t want to leave the area. The lake is beautiful with lots of fun shops and restaurants! Awesome place to stay, we would definitely return.

Luis’ apartment was in a great location very close to an In’n’out. The apartment was solid enough to block noise. I liked the custom door lock code, and the air conditioning was good. Clean up was easy and quick.

Great place to stay in Vegas! Comfortable for a large family with lots of space and great views! The airbnb is close to the strip and everything else. The host was very helpful and responsive. The only downside is the that the pool is currently closed, otherwise highly recommend!

We came to Vegas on a spontaneous trip and this stay was exactly what we needed. The place was close the strip, had a nice pool, and was well kept!

Perfect spot to keep away from LV madness... if that's your thing. Easy location and easy to access.

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Very nice place easy check in and out process

Easy to locate and make ourselves at home. Very impressed with all the available amenities after flying in and not having to go out and shop. We were able to sit down and have a coffee. Kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. We spent 4 weeks and enjoyed the two pools and friendly neighbours and well kept grounds. Just a 3 minute bus ride (#202) on Flamingo Ave. to the LV Blvd, at a cost of $2. if you choose not to walk over the freeway. Rio & Palms resorts are 2 blocks away. We never spoke with our hosts after arrival, as we didn't have too. Everything worked well and we had no problems, except for maybe having to take a bathroom break at 3 AM and trying not to wake my wife because of the squeaky wood bed frame with a nice firm queen mattress. We enjoyed the location and condo very much. Thank you.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hostess was very responsive and allowed us to have a late checkout due to our flight information changed. We were so appreciative that she was able to accommodate us. The place actually looked like the pictures and it had everything we needed. We loved the fact that the place was walking distance to the onsite gym and close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Dwight’s house for my brother’s bachelor party. The location was super convenient to get out and see much of Las Vegas, and the set up in the house was just as described. It fit our whole group, with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The game room, outdoor pool, and other amenities were great: it was easy to enjoy time spent at the house. Dwight was also responsive to and accommodating for our group’s needs. The only minor issue with the booking was the set of rules that were provided to us the day before arrival. There are many Airbnb scams in Vegas, and we’d selected this property in part because the booking didn’t seem to have overly aggressive rules on what groups can’t do (things like talking loudly outside, etc, which made us think other bookings were fake or scams). We ended up receiving a similar set of rules for this airbnb a couple days before arrival and it put us on edge. BUT, there were no issues and Dwight was super easy to work with!!

Art was a terrific host, he was an exceptionally considerate host accommodating me as I am recovering from a broken leg, but had critical business in Summerlin. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. The home easily accommodated my 2 family members and dogs. Can’t say enough positive things about our 3 days and nights at Art’s place!

Excellent place , very clean and organized, we had a great stay . Will definitely come back .
