Nancy is a wonderful host! Her home is very clean and spacious, located just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Traffic was light and it was very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. There are grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. The desk in one of the bedrooms worked perfectly to allow me to work during my visit. She has streaming TV available and everything you need to cook a meal. The AC works fantasticly which was important for me. Everything was labeled, there were glow in the dark stripes on light switches, night lights, and lights that came on with sensors as you entered an area which was very useful for my family as two of my family are disabled and this was so helpful for getting around in the dark. The steps at the front door took a little extra time to navigate for my disabled family members, but they were able to get in out ok. Nancy gave us a heads about the steps beforehand and she was correct about it being easy to navigate. Thank you Nancy!!

A cozy and comfortable place for our family of 4. Very convenient location; close to Diamond Peak ski resort, restaurants, groceries, etc. Very clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this home and would come back in the future.

We had a nice stay at Heidi-Lynn place for our quick ski weekend getaway. The condo is confidently located within less than 3 miles to Diamond Peak and the surrounding Incline Village shoppings and restaurants. Heidi-Lynn is very responsive host, clear communications and friendly. I forgot my jacket at the property after we checked out, and she reached out immediately to us and graciously mailed it back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in Vegas! The house was spacious and perfect for our group. The outdoor area was amazing, too! Just a heads up—the pool was a bit chilly, but aside from that, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Great large place less than 10 minutes from the strip. Master bedroom is large and comfortable. Great place for an extended family vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The convenience of the shuttle picking us up right out front was fantastic. Plus, the cleanliness of the place was impressive.

Our weekend at Irene and Steve’s place was amazing! First off the view of the lake was absolutely stunning, the location is excellent for skiing in Heavenly ski resort (3 min drive from the Stagecoach lift) and it is so well stocked. This was probably the most well stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and it really makes a massive difference. We had a perfect weekend and would 100% recommend.

The Lake Shore home was really lovely, and the location is right on the water, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pictures and reviews are accurate. It’s a nice, cabin-like, older home. That’s why it has such charm. We loved our stay, appreciated the clear instructions, and appreciated the management responsiveness. We hope to return!

Stayed here for a cycling event. Location was perfect. Very much appreciated the WiFi as I had to work one day during our stay. Also appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and just general updated condition of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay for our purposes. Other things I appreciated were the motion activated lights at the stairs (of which there are a lot of- stairs I mean) which were very useful at night, the comfortable couch and of course the friendly and responsive hosts.

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Fantastic location! The cabin was a perfect base camp for seeing all of the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Glenn has it set up to make you feel right at home.

Claire was always responsive and kind. The cabin was amazing for our family's Christmas trip. Beautiful surroundings and view! Kitchen accommodated cooking a full Christmas dinner, the dining area was perfect for family puzzles and board games, and the ping pong and foosball were a hit with everyone. A Christmas we are sure to cherish forever.

The home was large and laid out well. Bedrooms were large, layout made for nice privacy with large common area. Deck quite large, privacy beach within walking distance. Views were beautiful

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were hoping for. A quiet neighborhood, but very close to town. I felt very lucky to be able to look outside and see the beautiful snow covered mountains. We would absolutely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay the place was clean and bright. We would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely stay there again.

Great layout. Kitchen stocked for simple cooking and had some snacks that were welcome after the long drive in. Comfortable beds. Easy check out.

This is a perfect spot for a getaway in Ely and the surrounding area. The hosts are responsive, and very accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Victoria was an awesome host. Any question or suggestion was responded to very quickly (typically within an hour). Easy check-in and check-out, easy to find. Nice and quiet neighborhood with ample stores nearby for snacks and such. WiFi provided (good speeds). The house was free of clutter (so we had space to spread ours out), with just enough decorations to give it personality, and with a living and dining area enough for the 7 of us. Also enough parking for our 3 vehicles. Great get away and just a short drive to the strip...Vegas, baby, yeah!

I would definitely stay at this place again! Shawn made our family trip worth the while with how helpful and fast he is at responding to our questions. House has working A/C and easy access jacuzzi. Overall the rooms were clean for every member of our family, kitchen was clean, bathrooms are great and even letting us park in the garage for one of our vehicles was perfect. Thank you again Shawn and hope to see you in the near future. 10/10 :)
