Great stay spacious and things to do like play pool and watch movies in the movie room will be staying again

this was easy feom beginning to end. nice spot way up high, lovely studio, super comfy bed, Giant Jacuzzi tub, clean, totally quiet. the pool at the Signature Tower 2 was nice. Easy check in, valets were fast. would totally stay there again.

The place was great! It is near the Strip with many things to do near by. Cynthia was a great host. I totally recommend staying her.

Kathy was kind and allowed us a late check in, she even turned on the heaters to make sure we were comfortable upon arrival

Stayed here for a month long job in Vegas, had to extend a few times and Rashidat was quick to message me back and very easy to work with. The apartment was clean and conveniently located next to the freeway. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. Loved the place and it’s exactly as described in photos. The instructions were very clear would definitely stay again to make use of kitchen and washing machine (we literally just came un and then went to sleep and checked out early morning hahaha but I would definitely come again! Staying at Jessica’s listing was exactly what my friends and I were looking for! Amazing oasis in Las Vegas, next door to the South Point Casino and Resort! Only 15 minutes away from the Strip and free parking on site. The bed was amazing and comfortable! The sofa bed was a little rough and the mattress has seen better days, however the amenities and the location can’t be beat! I definitely love to stay again!

This space definitely outshines the pictures and or listing itself. It was clean, beautifully decorated offered all the amenities. Quiet and quaint location. He is friendly and responsive and makes himself available if necessary. I would definitely stay with him again.

10 out of 10 experience. My family and I had a wonderful fun weekend at Jennifer’s home. Very clean and lots to do for the kids I will be booking with her again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay, the hosts were so accommodating with requests. We hosted my sister’s grad party here and it was such a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and super comfortable for our group of 12. The location was perfect for our Vegas plans, and check-in was smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with our request for early check-in and late checkout, we really appreciated that! This home is what an Airbnb should be. It feels like I stepped into a home, not something rented out to others. Little details everywhere make you feel cared for. Snacks, water, toothbrushes, feminine products, baby wipes, whatever you need, chances are it's in the home. The basement is also a night treat. Filled with music, games, and movies. What an amazing space Sia and Ray have created! Highly recommend!

Thomas is an awesome host. He was responsive and proactive during our stay at the residence. It is a very nice home and you feel completely comfortable in any of the spaces. Read the rules that really helped us have a even better stay. Will definitely stay again if he's not booked out....The theater is awesome space and I appreciate Thomas allows parking in the garage which really helps when travelers have work or family with them. Great for a small group or even a large group. Can not say enough will stay again.

I liked everything very much, friendly hosts, everything is clean and tidy. It's homely.

LaToya was very responsive and able to assist us with our accommodations. The unit was clean and quiet. Onsite market place and coffee stand made it easy and convenient for food/drink needs.

Adam and Sidharth are probably the most communicative host my family have ever rented from! Thank you Adam for that! Pros: Worldmark by Wyndham is where we stayed. Worldmark think of the extras like spices, salt/pepper coffee nicely stocked kitchen. Filtered lake view, twin beds one bedroom and queen in the other. 2 minute drive to Bolder parking. Great for skiing. Con: the room we stayed in was above the employee lounge with a TV running all night. We never slept. That’s not Sidharth’s or Adam’s fault. If you are at all near reception make sure you tell them to turn the TV off!!!

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Was what you'd expect from the pictures of the suite. Also, has great water pressure in the shower. I've never seen the Sphere before but you can view it from the right side of the balcony. This part isn't anything to do with the room but one thing I didn't know as a first time guest to the Signature Towers or MGM was that all 3 towers and MGM are connected on the inside and can walk to all of them without having to get all hot walking around outside. I would definitely stay here again, was a nice place and very comfortable.

Lovely stay in Vegas with more space than a typical hotel room and cheaper than a hotel on the strip. Being able to walk out onto a balcony for some sun & fresh air without having to leave your room was great. Getting food delivered to the lobby from local restaurants was super quick and having a kitchen with a microwave was a plus. If you don’t care about gambling, this is a great option!
