The house is located in Ocean Beach, about 10 minutes' drive to the airport and 15-20 minutes' walk to the beach, including several bars, breweries and restaurants. Completely renovated in Jan'23 & located in a very quiet area of Pacific Beach. Partying or being loud is not tolerated. One bedroom cottage w/ its own private outdoor space & yard, roof top deck, A/C & gated parking. Gated private entrance, easy self check-in & 4 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the 2 bikes, beach chairs & boogie boards. Neighbors have been doing construction for over a year on their home so there is still some noise on occasion, but they don't seem to work many days of the week.
