Waterfront vacation rentals in Ostia

We enjoyed the apartment very much. Ludovica and Davide were very helpful and pleasant right from booking to check-out. The apartment is super nice, well equipped and corresponds to the description and pictures. The only downside is that it is a bit responsive from the other apartments, and from outside. The apartment is perfectly located if, like us, you want to combine sightseeing in Rome with beach hangings in Ostia. Close to train station, to the beach and many restaurants. We recommend others to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The loveliest place. Everything was just perfect.

The house, newly renovated, of excellent taste and quality, is in a strategic position, a few minutes' walk from the sea (5 minutes walking!!!), the pedestrian area (3 minutes where you can find shops, restaurants, pubs, etc.), and the station (10 minutes on foot). Everything was perfect, home furnished and managed with care and passion. Digital TV both in the living room and in the room, a comfortable bed, a sofa. Wonderful host, who offers maximum availability, as well as a very appreciated welcome!!!! We hope to be back soon. Highly recommended, you won't worry about it!!!!!!

Livia was great and her house beautiful, clean and tidy! He helped us with our transportation, gave us helpful directions to the area and restaurants, and showed us everything we needed! She always responded and was kind and friendly! The house was very close to the Stela Pollare stop and that made getting around easy and quick! We hope to come back Livia, thanks!

Thanks to Gionny! We had a lovely place to stay with proximity to the beach, resturants and public transport. Gionny was always available and very helpful. There is parking in front of the house and the street is typical Italian. The neighborhood was unobtrusive and quiet. Thank you Gionny! 😊

Thank you so much for lovely welcome, your place is just like home. With everything we could need inside. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen. Very nice nice yard , private and quiet. Stayed here for one night when we arrived at the airport. Used it to catch up on sleep/jet lag. We did walk from the airport which was about 3 miles/5 kilometers. We got exactly what we needed and were hoping for!

After 4 days of Rome, best relax. The view was even better than in the photos :-) Very easily accessible by train from Rome. We will be happy to come back.

I had three fantastic and peaceful days at Gaia’s beautiful flat. Everything was as described and seen in the photos and this is absolutely a super important point for myself. As a solo traveler and digital nomad ,it had everything I needed. Especially the opportunity of going to the beach through the back gate and being on the beach in the blink of an eye was priceless. Thank you so much for everything,making me feel like home and especially your kindness. Highly appreciated🙏🏻

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

We were only there for one night but wish now we had stayed longer. Very beautiful, clearly the owner is an artist with an eye for design. Everything was well done and many small lovely touches to welcome us. I encourage those who want a seaside retreat to take advantage of this home

This is a lovely place if you are looking for quite a peaceful place. Excellent beach access and views with the wonderful sea air smell.

Super quick and easy communication. Enjoyed our stay, just a small note that we couldn’t find extra toilet paper. :)

Wonderful location - very responsive hosts- On time for pickup to/from the airport- very reasonable prices - Beautiful walk along the beach to restaurants and bars - the store was amazing! We will come again and stay longer - loved the outside area! Shower had great water pressure and was hot! We loved it!

It was a privilege to stay at Daniele’s beach front house, it was the best decision to take a rest before flighting out. The view it was espectacular and what made it better it was Daniel extraordinary dedication to his guest.He’s a testament of an excellent host, if you need transportation to the airport he could also arrange that.

Me and my partner stayed at Loredana's place at the end of Sept. After a very long busy day of touring in Rome and coming to a nice quite place/neighborhood at night just to relax felt amazing. Parking was easy to find on the streets at night. The beach was really close by nice catch for sunsets and sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay at Loredana's place and would come back again in the near future. Co-host/host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for having us!

Certainly the best location within Lido di Ostia and a very nice apartment, comfortable beds too. Christian is a very responsive host, friendly and cheerful . He goes to a lot of trouble with recommendations which really helped us when we had had no time to plan ahead. Although there were a lot of taxis available at the FIO airport (on a tuesday and thursday night in october), we were glad Christian had organised someone reliable he knew and trusted for a clear set fee. We would be happy to stay again for the european Jujitsu competitions. Access to Rome is quite easy at about 30 mins, although in October, the latest 30 min train back to Lido from Rome is about 8.30pm, I think, except for saturday night which is later.

Great place, plenty of street parking, close to the airport. Clean, house . Nice balcony looking out to the water. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Highly recommend. 10:10 thanks-

Great apartment in perfect location. Perfectly situated to the water and restaurants. Parking available nearby at no charge. Inside the apartment was spacious with a large patio overlooking the Main Street. Nicely set up and had everything you need. Christian was proactive, responsive to any questions, and very friendly. He also met us at our car to help us inside which was great. Definitely would return to this place. Thanks Christian!

Marco’s apartment is stunning. The interior design, lighting, ambience and artwork was so beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we loved using the kitchen for cooking. It is in a perfect location, near to the beach and with a great selection of shops and restaurants nearby. We walked to the nearby Marina which was just stunning. Marco is a fantastic host, very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this air b&b and we would love to return again.

Daniela's place was perfect 😊 Felt at home and everything was just as we wanted. Extra plus for the large and great terrace overlooking the sea 😊 Daniela always responded quickly and was very welcoming. We also really appreciated the flexibility of check in and check out. We will be more than happy to come back here 😊🥰

A lovely reprieve staying at Isabella’s apartment for 2 nights before heading to the airport after 3 weeks touring….. The beachfront was a little tired, but walking on the boardwalk and in the pedestrian area on the street behind was wonderful! As computer compromised people, the electronic check in was a bit of a challenge, but her responses to our queries were immediate! Great host!

Criatiano is a very friendly staff who welcomed us into the Your apartment immediately treating us well and with availability,smiling and making friends immediately with our little nicoló. It also makes you find everything in detail, a map made by him super useful to visit Ostia and its surroundings. Throughout our vacation she promptly responded to our requests for advice. The accommodation is a very nice and well-maintained studio,in a strategic position to walk to the sea,downtown, restaurants, supermarkets,post office and many other useful services. Simply put, CONGRATULATIONS Cristiano, if we were to return to Ostia, you will definitely come back as customers!
