Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ostia

The neighborhood is quite nice and chic. The property was easy to access. Guiseppe met us upon our arrival with very helpful instructions. The place had everything we need, enough towels, bed sheets, blankets, pans, microwave, even salt and olive oil. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience staying in this apartment. Luigi is an AMAZING host and goes above and beyond what is expected. He met us at the apartment to show us around and explain how to use the appliances, tv, etc, and then gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat, visit, and also things to avoid while in Rome, all while pointing out everything on a map he provided. We went to several restaurants he suggested and visited a few of his favorite places in Rome. None of his suggestions are tourist traps, and visiting these places really enhanced our stay. He checked in on us every day to make sure we had everything we needed, and also arranged transportation for us from the train station and then to the airport when we checked out. As for the apartment, it was perfect for our family of 4. The location is central to everything you would want to do in Rome, with no more than a 25 min walk to any of the main attractions. We would def stay here again!

This was our 3rd stay at Isabella's apartment. We love the apartment itself and the location. Isabella is a great host and we would like to stay at her apartment again when we return to Rome. All of the details I provided in my prior review remain accurate.

A quiet harbor near cozy Trastevere. Everything you need for a nice stay. Kitchenette with all the essentials, a good bed and friendly owners who are happy to share tips with you. Also very pleasant on arrival were the attentions in the fridge. You feel completely welcome.

I wish I had stayed at Roberta’s place on my last days in Italy at not the beginning as I hadn’t realize just how well I had it here. Amazing location, great check in experience and an apartment with all the amenities you could need for a long term stay let alone a short vacation stay. The shower was spacious which is not the norm in Italy, bed comfortable and the kitchen was large for an apartment this size. I will definitely stay at Roberta’s place next time in Rome.

This was a great location and Ivana is a wonderful host. We were able to walk to Trevi Fountain; Spanish steps; Colosseum; and numerous restaurants. There is a mini supermarket right next door if you need snacks or drinks. The Terrace is not very big so we didn’t sit there but it was nice for taking pics of the area. Both bedrooms are very spacious, and beds are quite comfortable. Lots of room for everyone to have their own little space. Just know that one bathroom is very roomy and the other is the size of a half bath with a shower, so smaller than we were used to and the sink is what you get on a cruise ship. We were happy with our stay and recommend for a relaxing stay on a trip to Rome.

Mimma and Claudia’s place was great and exactly as pictured and listed. The outdoor balcony space was extremely enjoyable for morning coffee and afternoon wine! The elevator was extremely helpful for all our luggage and my handicapped parents. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. There are a ton of great restaurants and cafes just steps from the apartment and the area felt extremely safe. Having the taxi stand so close was very convenient. Mimma and Claudia were extremely accommodating and let us leave our bags early since we had to be off our cruise early am and were extremely responsive with any questions we had. They also left extremely detailed instructions on how to use all the appliances in the house along with useful recommendations for shopping and dining as well as a map of the area. They went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will be staying again soon!

This cozy apartment near the Trevi Fountain is a must. The neighborhood is great and there is so much to see. Cendra is a great communicator and goes out of her way to make sure things go well. This was a great experienced and I recommend it for anyone who wants a great experience in this special city.

Everything in the house is very fine. Very nice and responsive owner who takes care of everything.

Antonello and a fantastic person, always ready to help, when I needed I was taken care of immediately, the apartment is in the best region of Rome, great restaurants, most of the sights if you can walk , I stayed with my wife for 12 days and we were sure we got the choice right. On our next trip to Roma we will return to stay at Gentle Antonello's apartment.

Ideal for work as used by me but also for a leisure trip since it is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Rome and well connected to the center.

A perfect place for our group of 3! The location was very close to the Colesseum and central to our other walkable adventures. Flaviana was very flexible with our check in and gave crystal clear instructions which helped us check in swiftly and start our Roman holiday on a positive note.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

This home was wonderful. We loved the balcony and everything about this home. Close to everything and very quiet at night. If we come back to Rome we will absolutely stay here again. Some comments mentioned the street seeming unsafe. We never felt that way. It was always full of students who were kind and friendly. This is a beautiful spot and our family and kids felt at home and safe. Can’t wait to come back and visit again. Thank you for having us!

This is one of the very nicest Airbnb places in which I have said. Modern high tech place in beautiful historic setting. Lots of thoughtful touches like a bathroom scale so.we could weigh our luggage to confirm we were under airline limits, lots of towels, very detailed helpful instructions, beautiful guidebooks. Awesome!

Amazing place and location! If you want to stay near the Vatican, look no further! Sandro’s place is super convenient, only 5 minutes away from the Vatican wall and museums, there is a market right next door which is a hidden treasure not to be missed. Sandro takes great pride in hosting his guests and has all amenities you can possibly need to feel like you are at home, he also has maps and instructions on how to use everything in the apartment as well as city guides. Not sure if it’s the mattress or being close to the Vatican, but we had the best sleep which gave us plenty of energy to explore Rome during the day. Will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Rome!

Mica and Andrea’s place was the perfect landing pad for our Rome adventure. Very walkable to many of the major sites but also removed enough so you never feel cramped by tourists. The place was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend and stay again!

I could to walk to iconic landmarks like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain within minutes. Yet, the neighborhood still felt local and authentic, with amazing restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias just steps away. Every detail was thought of—from the cozy bedding and fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful extras like a large bottle of water and guidebooks. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re looking for the perfect place to experience the magic of Rome, look no further. I’ll absolutely stay here again when I return! Grazie mille! ❤️

Very nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The Tv didn’t work but we really didn’t need it as we were tired at the end of the day.

Great host really clean home very close to the metro transport system which is incredibly easy to use, you can buy 24hr tickets that you can jump on and off as many times as you want in 24 hrs. You can buy tickets from a great coffee shop below apartment. You have everything you possibly need at this apartment. We only down graded one point and that is….. we would have liked to be close to the three fountains area of Rome full of old alleys restaurants bars etc. but we ended up staying out all day from sightseeing till evening meal because we didn’t want to walk back to apartment freshen up then go all the way back to the area we liked to spend time. This was the only negative element. The complex is quiet and true Rome without the tourist shops full of Chinese garbage.

A few easily walkable blocks from the Colosseo. A fantastic restaurant just around the corner (Bar La Licata) with superb sandwiches and pastries. Giuliana was very responsive if we had questions - her instructions were thorough. Washer/dryer machine inside her apartment was so convenient.
