Vacation rentals with beach access in Ostia

The loveliest place. Everything was just perfect.

Francesca’s Airbnb was a beautiful accommodation for our family of 6 & our little Maltese. She was so sweet to meet us in person & helped our family settle in, as well as introduced us to the cafe staff below the apartment. They have delicious food & it was so convenient for a small meal upon arrival & before leaving. There are several restaurants & small shops that are walkable & the water is just a short way down the road. We highly recommend her Airbnb home as a great place to stay & enjoy the local life of Italy, but still be able to drive into Rome for the day to see all the sites & leave the big city. It works well for our family who prefer smaller local area accommodations with more space for our kids versus big city hotels. Grazie, Francesca! You are a wonderful host! Livia was great and her house beautiful, clean and tidy! He helped us with our transportation, gave us helpful directions to the area and restaurants, and showed us everything we needed! She always responded and was kind and friendly! The house was very close to the Stela Pollare stop and that made getting around easy and quick! We hope to come back Livia, thanks!

Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was in walking distance of food, groceries, coffee, parks and the beach (15-20 min walk) close to transportation (taxi and Uber also readily available) He was very responsive and helpful! We felt very safe in the area as well! Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for one night when we arrived at the airport. Used it to catch up on sleep/jet lag. We did walk from the airport which was about 3 miles/5 kilometers. We got exactly what we needed and were hoping for!

After 4 days of Rome, best relax. The view was even better than in the photos :-) Very easily accessible by train from Rome. We will be happy to come back.

We flew into Rome and took a cab which costs €80 and the driver questioned us as to why we were staying outside of town. We prefer to enjoy the culture and stay outside of tourist areas and Tommaso’s penthouse did not disappoint. We were worried about an early morning bike tour we had booked close to the Colosseum and the logistics of getting there. I messaged Tommaso will my concerns and he immediately sent me specific , easy to follow instructions . It was a 20 minute walk from the apartment to the Metro, another 20-25 minute ride and then about another 20 minute walk. I believe you also could take a bus but we enjoyed the exercise. There is a coffee shop just around the corner , grocery stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Everyone we encountered was helpful and kind especially since we do not speak Italian . The added amenities of a washing machine, oven, stovetop and coffee maker were appreciated and we are happy we chose to stay here.

There were five of us (2 adults., 3 children) with dog a week there to extend the summer (bathing, soak up the sun) and visit Rome. Both worked out great thanks to great weather and beautiful beach (water temperature was also 22 degrees) as well as very easy train connection to Rome! We loved it and had a lot of fun!

I had three fantastic and peaceful days at Gaia’s beautiful flat. Everything was as described and seen in the photos and this is absolutely a super important point for myself. As a solo traveler and digital nomad ,it had everything I needed. Especially the opportunity of going to the beach through the back gate and being on the beach in the blink of an eye was priceless. Thank you so much for everything,making me feel like home and especially your kindness. Highly appreciated🙏🏻

We were only there for one night but wish now we had stayed longer. Very beautiful, clearly the owner is an artist with an eye for design. Everything was well done and many small lovely touches to welcome us. I encourage those who want a seaside retreat to take advantage of this home

This is a lovely place if you are looking for quite a peaceful place. Excellent beach access and views with the wonderful sea air smell.

Super quick and easy communication. Enjoyed our stay, just a small note that we couldn’t find extra toilet paper. :)

Daniela’s house is just a dream. The beach, the sea, the sunsets! We couldn’t ask for more for our month stay in this perfectly positioned house on the beach. Plus, the house is super clean and equipped with everything you need. Daniela was always available in case we had any questions or needed anything extra, she’s the perfect host, and this is a special house.

Me and my partner stayed at Loredana's place at the end of Sept. After a very long busy day of touring in Rome and coming to a nice quite place/neighborhood at night just to relax felt amazing. Parking was easy to find on the streets at night. The beach was really close by nice catch for sunsets and sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay at Loredana's place and would come back again in the near future. Co-host/host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for having us!

It was a privilege to stay at Daniele’s beach front house, it was the best decision to take a rest before flighting out. The view it was espectacular and what made it better it was Daniel extraordinary dedication to his guest.He’s a testament of an excellent host, if you need transportation to the airport he could also arrange that.

The best apartment in Ostia. Impeccably clean, well designed, quiet and comfortable. The host is always responsive very friendly and proactive! They even suggested to book us a taxi on our last day which was a big help. We stay here every time we come to Ostia and couldn't recommend it enough!!!

Very clean and tidy place Even if only for one night, we had a great time 😊 Sharohn is very nice and helpful, his directions to get there were very useful and simple. If we were to go back to the surroundings, I would choose it again . Definitely recommend 👍

Marco’s apartment is stunning. The interior design, lighting, ambience and artwork was so beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we loved using the kitchen for cooking. It is in a perfect location, near to the beach and with a great selection of shops and restaurants nearby. We walked to the nearby Marina which was just stunning. Marco is a fantastic host, very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this air b&b and we would love to return again.

Lovely space. Very responsive helpful hosts. Close to the beach. Swimming and stone gathering were wonderful. A bit brisk in November ;-). Washing machine and drying rack very helpful. Enjoyed the balcony. Grocery right downstairs. As well as an amazing vegan restaurant.

Great apartment to live in! felt at home. there was everything that was needed and even more. It was nice to see compliments in the form of a bottle of wine (very tasty) and food for breakfast. I also really liked having a good coffee maker
